Basically it’s not really delisting ! So 300-70 and nothing changed and a huge dividend. Anyone who has lost money on the markets should buy here
Indeed....anyway looks like the MBF will give it a decent re-rating IMO
This is crazy value whichever way you look at, I see big investors loading up here now as trading risk removed..growing business was 500p Dec 22, 400p Jan 23, no trading update in February so drop to 320p March 23 due to no trading update and complete silence from BoD obviously we’re mulling delisting. Then delist RNS March with no trading clarity after delist down 35p….now trading via MBF confirmed 60p to buy!
Why wouldnt it.... the dividend is 20p+ IIRC?
It's almost like every trade is sending it higher at the moment.....
Previously there was uncertainty whether you were able to trade these after delisting, however them fears have been addressed by the company with putting in place MTF. This will allow you to trade this stock after delisting from AIM.
Seems all planned, for major holders to load up with de-listing RNS and fears over trading these after de-listing. Now as resolution passed and most sold out over fears…comes this announcement..
Can anyone enlighten me as to what this means in layman terms please?
Shareholders wishing to trade iEnergizer's ordinary shares following the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of such ordinary shares taking effect at 7:00 a.m. on 25 May 2023, can do so through their stockbroker. Trades will be conducted at a level that JP Jenkins is able to match a willing seller and a willing buyer. Trades can be conducted, and limits can be accepted, during normal business hours. Shareholders and potential investors can place trades and limits via their existing UK regulated stockbroker.
Premier Miton also have a sizeable holding here just noticed...
I think they are long gone.
Those TR1's are from April and they've had loads of time since then to sell out...
A fair few buys this morning ca we see mid to late 50s today
Just seen that TR1, if Axa are sticking around with 5%, you won’t be bullied.
When it closed on the 20th of April it was 310p, then the RNS came out n the Friday and here we are. I jumped in too early on the Friday afternoon, balls deep, when I should have jumped in on the Monday afternoon and made a killing. As it is, I got back my losses and a bit of profit. I feel sorry for the the LTH’s here, they have have been royally shafted, and this is why that the LSE has no credibility, the system is fecked. This is immoral and he should be punished, I hope he does the right thing and honour the dividends and maybe a reasonable buyout for S/h’s, but I doubt it. GLA.
I was considering trading this when it peaked recently as was sad I didnt catch it, but now I'm glad ! The P&D crew are long gone and this is heading for illiquidity oblivion ! Legal fraud really !
I did not expect it to drop we are as low as it can go.
I think we will tick up to around 70p prior to delisting it could do 80p just need to sit and watch
I was expecting it to drop after the news of the cancellation vote today (although we all knew it was going to happen), as the MM's like taking advantage of these kind of situations. But it didn't......not sure now where it will go.
Worth a look at MKA rns
in bed with USA partnership for rare earth

All the same I think I'd rather have the contact in the UK than not.....when delisted. It's the right thing for the company to do imo.
I smell a twist coming... (imo)
Appointing someone to help shareholders with all their queries throughout the de-listing procedure it's not unusual.
This appointment shows that it will de-list and company getting someone in place to deal wi5h present and future queries.
Once private it's a different procedure to buy or sale and investors need a point of contact.
Should be a cushy little job. No doubt working from home following the board's instructions telling the shafted shareholders to do one!
