George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.

Forget £1.61 and any gaps, the time was there for that to be filled, if they didn’t catch the boat it’s not our problem, upwards and onwards xx
The opening GAP £1.61 to close it.
Ok *timidly opening a can of orange San Pellegrino*
Hope not too many profit takers tomorrow.. what a week!
Breathing again.. I'm an optimist, however, I also know that anything that happens on LSE before 1430 doesn't count..
I'll sit and wait before cracking open a cold one
Looks like easy jet news working for us better than easyJet lol 😂
Today, a follow on from gain in the states and bolstered by easyJet figure.
No let's see the SP rise into Q1 figures, and the middle east sit on their thumbs.
Gla
Regards Easy jet - thats expected losses over winter period - happens every winter-However, they improved their winter position by 50million - so very good results for them
How do EZJ stay afloat?
In an update on its half-year performance, the group said it is on track for headline pre-tax losses of £340m to £360m in the six months to March 31
Good day ahead tomorrow (fingers crossed) and for the results later this year then ;)
United Airlines up 17%, American Airlines up 6%.!!!
Hi Skindle - amazing isn't it? Hope you are well.
Retirement - I know exactly how you feel, and it's what is worrying me. With covid, I thought "this will soon pass". Look how that turned out. Then there was the threat of a Russian invasion, but I thought it wouldn't come to that. Look how that turned out.
And now this. Cameron/Sunak/Biden etc. etc. can try and talk Israel down all they like, but I would hardly call what they have done in Gaza as "de-escalating". Netanyahu is spoiling for a fight, and even if you can find reasons for justifying that, for the rest of us, that could have catastrophic consequences. As I have commented on before, the last few years have made me extremely twitchy when it comes to investing, and this situation isn't helping that. I hope things won't play out badly (obvs.), but as my friend once said, "hope is not a strategy".
Wonder where we will be in 3 or 4 weeks time.
PS. - The never-ending sequence of crises here is barely believable - we are like some punch drunk boxer, just staggering from one brutal uppercut to the next.
Have a nice day!!
Has Biden seen "Threads" infact they all need to watch it !!!
Bobbins2, I filtered DarrenRobinson some weeks ago. Tap on the name and read all of the posts together. Nothing but complete critisism of every poster on this discussion board. As I can’t read the posts anymore my guess is there is a pledge never to post or read the ‘garbage’ on this discussion board ever again and we are all a load of brainless investors. The old adage ‘it takes one to know one’ would seem appropriate. Disgusting with a c ? Really ? Surely no one is that low in spelling ability ?
US is going to make the biggest mistake if they do allow them to bomb nuclear. This might be the start of the nuclear bombs all over the world and end of humanity crazy 🤦♂️🤦♂️.
It is great to time to top up now but no one knows what action they are going to take yet. At list let the world know .
*US will always be on their side
I said the same thing before Putin went to war - NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN, HE’S NOT CRAZY’ and look what happened there.
Israel seems to think it can do ANYTHING and no one is going to say I’d do a think.
This belligerent belief that the US will always be on Rupert side may see WW3 start. I pray to GOD I’m wrong but they seem to be on a path that could lead to that.
Not a chance of Israel bombing any Iranian nuclear targets imo. They’re not crazy ffs. This is just a great opportunity to top up. Get em while you can!
Who the hell give them right to bomb other countries nuclear??? Are fking mad??? You are putting rest of the world in danger you idiot’s.

EZJ update tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes, as it will (to some degree) affect how the price here fares. That said, the main thing now (obvs) is the timing and manner of Israeli retaliation against Iran, and any escalation.
Watched a brilliant climbing documentary film the other day ("Free Solo") about the rope-less ascent of a vertiginous rock face (3000 ft.) in Yosemite. Watching that guy clinging to the side of a mountain by his fingertips reminded me of what it's like to be an investor here. Well, sort of.
Darren - not sure if that was aimed at me, but saying it's been a "s**t week" ( I put the asterisks in myself) is pretty innocuous. If you are going to be offended by that, you are in for a rough time.
PS - I get offended by people who can't spell simple words correctly. It's "disgusting" with a "g", not discusting.
.... IAG hit 180, and EZJ 590 - things were looking rosy. Was that really only a week ago? Seems about 2 years. What a s**t week (again) - and things may still get much worse when Israel retaliates, as it surely will.
Postive that were back in the 160s early am.
Hopefully a better day tomorrow for Euro airlines
Betterlife- Well said. Agree. No one can wipe out anu other nations as not all people support their government. Top people will escape and others will suffer.
