Nice to see some movement on this stock
This does indeed look good news. 10% dilution giving a profit enhancing addon but more interesting will be how HYVE can use the know how of this company to enhance it's existing business.
Got to be happy with this news. Acquisition secured and rarely see a placing that isn’t at a big discount to current price.
107p now provides a solid foundation for future growth. I’d say the FTSE’s best recovery play just got even better! Be patient folks, this is going to multi bag.
Be very interesting to see how this reflects in the share price today. Hyve really building a massive platform across multi channels.
Hyve Group plc ("Hyve" or the "Company"), the next-generation global events business, announces that it has placed 13,818,698 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares") to raise gross proceeds of approximately £14.79m, representing approximately 5.21% of the Company's existing issued share capital, with institutional investors (the "Placing"). The Placing Shares have been placed at a price of 107 pence (the "Placing Price"), representing a discount of 0.7% to the closing market price on 17 November 2021.
Acquisition of 121 Group and Agreement with Lenders
Let’s hope for some great news then this stock might not be a short position no more
Just bouncing around 105/6 support to 115. Plenty of appetite for F2F events so let's hope we have a decent FY21 update in a month's time (16th December) and then we can push on into 2022. Plenty of reasons this should recover very well in time.
I'm also here. Just anecdotally, the company I work for hasn't been to any trade shows or expos since Jan 2020 now. We usually go to multiple a year on most continents. But I can tell you the schedule for Q12022 is already pretty packed with foreign expo trips.
I’m still here.
There hasn’t exactly been much to get excited about here. Still firmly believe patience will pay off though..I reckon this will be £3+ in 2023.
This stock been shorted I am waiting for results in December
I'm still in. Thats 4 then!
Should have done better today considering other recovery plays
Has everyone dumped this stock and moved on?
I am still holding strong here. Waiting for the world to go back to complete normality and watch this at least double its current SP
lost patience with this stock now, is it ever going to raise? Planning to sell at breakeven
If the rumours are even true then they would need funds greater than current market cap possible through dilution. It would then remove a competitor.
Interesting to see how they get that a few hundred millions pounds to pay money 20/20. Sky news reported 250m PIPE with Carlyle five months ago, all those may linked.
Oh aye?
I think there is bigger plan than buying money20/20.
Would I be right in guessing that the SP fluctuations are related to the Covid situation in Russia?
I suspect an RNS soon...
Some up swing today what is going on
Not a lot but hopefully good news for 2022
What are you expecting to see in there?
