Hello me my old friend. Good to see you again Might report myself. Shut me up.
Word is you are an extremely handsome fella.
Cash cow, cash cash cash cow, cash cow, is this a cash cow.
Hello highway. Are you a cash cow. Hope so.
The three recent Director Appointments, two on 11th December and one on 22nd January filing in preparation, along with Dominic Wheatleys resignation on 20th April. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/02991159/filing-history Maybe tidying up loose ends before significant news. Positive - Perhaps sales are to push SP down ahead of news. Negative - As another poster elsewhere states - Brexit jitters
What are highway planning ? A small investment in a Cypriot company no big shakes, for a board with a big background of finance this is a Strange situation, they say in there Webb site that they want to make capital returns for shareholders but so Far all they have done is ploughed money into this main market share, one would understand if it where on aim but hay no they must be planning something much bigger, one interesting fact is a company from Cyprus has just Over 3% of the company. Come on Mac,lets see some action, with so few shares in free flow this will rocket with the right investment Or reverse take over. Gla.
No trades for a few days here-very quiet-could be they are waiting for Euro vote before action as main director is Polish ?
Rather peculiar deal in my view loaning another company cash-I wonder of it is in the form of convertible loan or something. I am anticipating bigger deals than this with all these heavyweights on board.
Tue, 3rd May 2016 09:31 LONDON (Alliance News) - Highway Capital PLC on Tuesday said it received loans totalling GBP102,000, including GBP14,000 from directors of the company. The company said GBP88,000 has been received from an institutional investor in the form of a two-year loan attracting 5% interest per annum. In addition, GBP7,000 has been received from each of Maciej Szytko and Dariusz Zych, directors of the company, in the form of convertible loan notes which attract 5% interest per annum and are convertible into new shares at 10 pence per share. The company said it invested GBP89,000 through a two-year loan attracting 8% interest to Mylux, a Cypriot special purpose vehicle which is acquiring a 48% interest in Multipay, a newly formed company looking to offer comprehensive payment services in Poland. "Despite being an advanced economy, the payment infrastructure in Poland significantly lags other members of the EU and the founders of Multipay, who have extensive sector experience, believe there to be a significant opportunity as a result," Highway Capital said. Shares in Highway were down 16% at 16.00 pence Tuesday morning.

Interesting RNS. I would like to think we'll be hearing more news in the next few weeks, about their plans for this.
Yep and the 150,000 options at 20p for him signals that he expects share price to be a fair bit higher than today. We now wait and see when the new directors take a stake and what they intend to do.
One of the old guard moving on. Wheatley commented 'I am really pleased that Maciej Szytko now has a new team to take the company forward and I am looking forward to seeing their progress in due course.' The new team must be close to announcing their plans This shell is the best kept kept secret on main market.
RNS---Now we can see its Fellerman's dribbling sells each other day keeping a lid on rises. What next ?
What struck me was that today's 25K sell was 22 pence as against yesterdays 21.5 pence.
Yep someone feeding the market maker all the time as price rises, will this dry up soon ? Its probably Fellerman I expect. If so should get an RNS soon.
Someone happy to keep WNTS in stock at the end of the day to balance the books but otherwise not an active seller. It may be out going directors who have no choice but to sell if they are not part of the new plan.
Some one is feeding the market, but no rns, it seems they are trying to keep the price from going up to quickly. The reverse take over can't be far off now.
Apps you are so right, Mac to me has been the middleman, and this would have happened A lot sooner If Bruce had gone along with the plan. It is a pity we haven't a mole in the city who has heard whispers, someone in the city must know Something. I await some more buys, the next 20k shares will take the price up. Gla
All the signs point to it. Mainly new directors background and connections. Just a waiting game and the likely valuation of the currently issued shares. I've seen IPO's into existing share capital value existing shares from break even to 8,000% That's anything from 20p to £16 per share. Using current share capital of 50,000,000 (only 8.7m issued) that's £10m to £800m mcap. A dual listing of a £1bn company (for example, Polish Post) could give £500m valuation on it Uk listing. £10 per share is using all 50m shares. And raise serious cash for the business. IMHO
Coming IMO soon x
Seems to me that a few more investors becoming invested here-free float should hopefully dry up sometime soon which would be very nice. However deal news would be even better.
