Shares that are not held by directors, major shareholders over 3% are only around 2.8m speaks for it self life is going Be very happy all being well leading up to Christmas.
What ever it is it isn't small and harrison knows that, on reading the article I can't work out who contacted who But hay ho this could be the start of a very good investment, I owned lapp platts at 9p that went to 2.50 as cove Energy, I foolishly sold at 15p not this time.gla
Enjoyed reading the article. Suggests we have all been correct buying Highway
Who spoke to who first highway directors or harrison directors, if it's the latter then it will have a stronger return Than highway contacting harrison in my eyes. We should find out latter this month as harrison ring fences potential investors, how much to 're raised and at What price ?. My guess for what's it's worth between 3 to 5 m.
30th October first half trading statement, may be Monday ?
I just wonder if the tie up with harrison, involves real estate eastern Europe Poland Romania etc. First property online have gone from nothing to a 52m cap and share value 5p to 45p. Just an idea.
They two interests so far in financial transactions and medical ,surely there aim must be higher, they will get there Backing but for what I ask, the company finding the backers for cash raising seems to be top draw. But what and when will be told of there target.
Anybody know of any other shell companies they have approached? Any granted options? With so few shares, this should do really well first day out of suspension.
What ever happens the first day of dealing after suspension being lifted could be very interesting, which investment They are after will also add fuel to the fire. So glad I invested could easily double early doors as very few shareholders.
1.50 GBP there are only just under 10m shares of 2p at present, if they where to split the shares by 4 would give us 40m at 0.5p and at price prior to suspention 15p would be 3.75p , can't work this out any ideas.
yes, looking very good!
Options only execiseable if prices reaches 150p-fingers crossed here for a deal then.

Having read the RNS of 5th September I see the filing with Companies House pawlenty spotted is reporting the increase in shares in issue. So no reversal. I was wrong and should read RNS carefully before posting.
Looks like they are reversing the RNS of 5th September'
Well they have plenty of experience and plenty of professional advice. So they ought to be able to sort it out.
Having thought about it. They are required to RTO, having done that they can relist. May not need to sell recent investments. Also possible one may be the target Company. If this caught them on the hop, suspension may be longer than would have otherwise been the case. I am still thinking weeks not months

I'm thinking we may get an update on the loan after the market closes.
Is this all tied up with the above, if it is this could be a very big future for highway.
All of this has been planned ahead so no need to worry in my view. Board meeting a week or so ago agreed for the issue of shares and now the company is primed to roll. We will have to wait and see the final move. Lets hope its a good one as it should be with the ability of the new directors.
Two of the new directors came to highway in December 2015, if they are worth There salt they should Have found a reverse takeover by now, there track record looked good on paper.
If they have had a target company in view and have been progressing the RTO over recent weeks you may well be right. When they RTO I am wondering if they would need to sell the recent investments, as they will then have complied with the listing requirements. I am of the view that they will remain in suspension until either they RTO or dispose of recent investments. Obviously I am hoping it comes back after RTO, at a higher sp and retaining recent investments.
Have they got any target Company lined up or are they still looking at a few possibles? Regardless of that it would appear neither of the current investments are connected with any RTO target, which the suspension seems to confirm. Investments in early stage companies are by their nature illiquid and should be considered long term. To comply with their listing they may need to dispose of these investments. I am sure they have enough experience, contacts etc etc to sort it out without loss.` However I suspect it will take time and we will stay suspended a while. Unless they do in fact have an RTO company lined up and are well advanced. In that case I suspect they can get around these issues faster.
