Also, chart indicates a bounce off 49 day moving average. Institutions often take this as a time to buy. Hopefully.

"Wouldn't surprise me if Private Equity are doing their due diligence right now, this can take 4 months or more"
Why would it take 4 months+++???
Apart from that, CF has dumped majority of his holding and some IIs have taken a tiny stakes.
CF would know if there was any interest already going on. If so, he wouldn't have been able to sell his shares and IIs wouldn't have been able to buy.
I doubt there's any organisation who were carrying out DD, whilst CF was dumping majority of his holding. Even if there was interest, the fact CF dumped majority of his holding, would have dissuaded many from having an interest during Feb.

"Surely if you didn't care you wouldn't respond.."
Exactly. I've posted company newsflow, fundamentals and opinions based on facts.
The fact is the company was/is being talked up. The sp has fallen back as expected.
Everyone should read the company newsflow, the fundamentals and not the jam tomorrow.
Growth has reduced significantly.
CF dumping majority of his holding is a red flag.
Questionable business model.
Some are rattled and prefer to pull the wool over reader's eyes.
No nasty taste as far as I am concerned :)
It will bounce because forecast 1.7p of eps in 2025 ;) and huge cash balance
At present SP struggling to find the floor. Getting increasingly attractive for further topping up. Shame the CF nasty taste grows stronger by the day. Still like to see him dump the rest so we can move on!
HotChip - just listened to it, totally agree with Charles Archer. Wouldn't surprise me if Private Equity are doing their due diligence right now, this can take 4 months or more, but agree sooner or later HVO will be bought out (and a tidy premium) - I've said it all along ! We just need to be patient, it's coming, that's for sure !!
The SP is slipping a bit lower than I would like, but expected due to no recent updates.
There is an interesting podcast on the UK Investor Magazine featuring investor & analyst Charles Archer. If you have a listen to the final 5 minutes, HVO is covered.

There's a big support level around 24.75-25p.
It felt a good time to buy, so picked up 80k
Questionable Human?
...is also joining the board as a non-exec at ValiRx (Val).
Brave fella. That is a basket case of a company with an ineffective CEO and a very unhappy shareholder base.
The unspeakable one is only here to wind you all up, his other two or three 'buddies' on ADVFN that sometimes appear here clearly have some sort of agenda, whether tha is to support some day trading activities or something else to do with trying to influence the minds of PI's it's uncertain. Just filter, although that won't stop them as the agenda is part of their modus operandi...
Well said Hotchip.
Always one ir two who's egos are bigger than their brains.
I see 25-26 as support also.
Cheers
Barcap
It's a shame this thread is all about trying to get one over on the previous comment etc. It's like a battle of egos.
Perhaps we can get back to fundamentals and the real reason we are here, which is to make money for ourselves and not get bothered about what goes on outside of that circle of influence.
I can see the SP drifting around the support level of 25-26p for a while until we see the finals, dividend confirmation, contract announcements or small M&A as has been mentioned previously.

You lie every time you post "questionable business model". I've offered to engage you in proper debate but you shy away from it every time; a troll, nothing more, nothing less.
You also suggested pharma build their own CRO offering, your most laughable comment to date yet I bet you can't even understand why that is such a ridiculous statement which says all we need to know about our understanding.
Yawn
Surely if you didn't care you wouldn't respond....
SSt1 doesn't bother me, its having to wade through all the faux "just ignore / block / filter / him or her comments that are more tiring...
Which makes me wonder your track record on TLY which you were bullish on at 38p.... is now 6p??!??!
https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/stt1/?page=33
MINUS 84 PERCENT.....
Imagine gloating about your 'track record' lol. Nobody cares
Dustofnations,
"the insinuation that having to win new contracts implies a "questionable" business model is objectively wrong "
Where have I said having to win contracts makes the business model questionable or are you making it up??
I see the 'rational debate' doesn't exist either.
I also see no one has posted any links to where they accuse me of lying. That's the problem, posters suggesting I'm lying or making up stories and twisting what I've said.
I've posted company newsflow and opinions based on facts.
Just like I did on Nano, Trmr, blnx, Byot etc - all of which inevitably crashed due to the red flags I posted.
https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/stt1/?page=17
Re TLY, again I've posted the facts. c40% held by institutions and revenues should already be around £100m. Mcap £12m.
Although the service offered by hVivo is unique, it uses the same business model as all successful CROs (e.g. IQVIA, Icon, Syneos, Parexel, ...). Contract-based. It's in the name, after all.
Hence, the insinuation that having to win new contracts implies a "questionable" business model is objectively wrong and is mere concern trolling, designed to plant FUD into the minds of passing investors who are not fully informed about the company or the business model.
I strongly suggest people block this chronically bad faith individual.
Is he really still spouting that Questionable Business Model crap. Really!
HVO has nearly no competition, its clients are the biggest Pharmas in the world, they pay the majority of the fee up front, they make a profit and now pay a dividend.
What the hell is their questionable about that. Unbelievable Jeff.
Who honestly cares anymore, the guy has proven himself to a be 'Totally' stupid uneducated troll. Filtered!
How can stt1 post with any credibility when he spent years telling us that Totally was a better investment than Hvo - Totally gone down by 70%+ since then whilst Hvo steadily climbing
