Johns.. - I don't see the relevance to your question. Maybe you could share the section within it with me, as it is obviously your go to reference.
Here is a link you didn't ask for SIMPLES share dealing for dummies.... # https://www.dummies.com/article/business-careers-money/personal-finance/investing/investment-vehicles/stocks/how-to-trade-in-stocks-online-2-191948/
Johns - a bond is a type of security under which the issuer (debtor) owes the holder (creditor) a debt, and is obliged – depending on the terms – to repay the principal (i.e. amount borrowed) of the bond at the maturity date as well as interest (called the coupon) over a specified amount of time. Once the bond is paid, the holder has no power over the company so if they want to make an offer to buy the company they will do so under the same conditions as any other bidder looking to acquire the asset. Here is a link to show you the process for acquisitions in the UK

Has it been speculated yet that the bondholders may make an offer after the are bonds paid off as they still want Hur even if at a higher price ? Also they still could have the CEO in thier pocket ( reason for the constant downbeat RNs ) and managing to manipulate sp somehow so they don't have to pay a premium price for Hur ??
I originally paid 35.7, got it down to 4.14 and now I'm at 7
I paid 11.5
Nothing's going to happen until bonds are paid off and gone. Whole new world then...
"but highest trade of the day was very close at 10.18p."
Was that you?
Yeah, but highest trade of the day was very close at 10.18p. Ended too low considering all the other trades today.
RE: 10.20Today 08:58
Today
Actually 9.44.....................
I have been a LTH and have recommended this stock several times. I am bit surprised at the sp here. I was thinking at end of March that we shall see 15-20p in May with news of bonds settled/am extension etc. Maybe this is being softened for a take over. We may hopefully get to know soon.
Be ideal once we close above it. I'm surprised with current oil we are not above that already bu5 maybe like usual we will have a rush up and close higher at the end of the day
Today
And no reason why it shouldn’t be, oil just up to over $111 per barrel
We could do with breaking the 10.20 level putting a stop to this short term downtrend.
