Yes. The price when convert is 10% less so they can convert whenever they like and with lower price. If they connect with shorter and make it down .The same money can convert more shares.
On podcast Vlad toll 25% share dilution if he choose place that is we know price in advance. This is loan 10% very cheap for start but.they try to bring down share a lot to convert more share.they intend this kind with groups of peoples as we see. If you see this is long term investment and Hemo need money to go trial so just waiting the trial start or you will see share up and down like this multi time .
CJ - please dont turn ito a know again. Be part of the conversation or keep your thoughts to yourself
Why should we expect an RNS in respect of lots of 50k sells or buys
There have been lots of days in the last few weeks / months with lots of 50k blocks
So please answer my question - why would we expect an RNS - and if there is not one on Friday in respect of the 50k transactions, have the balls to post over the weekend that you were wrong
tuan6 - you dont know that, you are guessing
Each will be different base on the prevailing SP, the size of conversion and no indication yet of whether they will be converted
Lets try and stick to the FACTS
It is not unreasonable for shareholders to ask the question, was this conversion with or without the forward knowledge of and discussion with Hemogenyx.
There will 17 times like this one to convert to fund 12 millions . We dont know when they convert and what price but it is in exchange for borrow money from MINT. the fund need to use share as source of money to place shares jn order to get back money.
Price of shares at convert 10 % lower .as low as they like that is they can convert more share to sell and they can do connection with shorter to bring it down too..
Maybe we should expect a Friday close of business RNS.....all those 50k's...
I was referring to this particular placing as relatively small, what might happen in the future regarding placements, we will just have to wait and see.
I remain on the fence on this one CJ, its either very good or we cannot trust Mint. Was it with consent/knowledge of Hemo and just a big screw-up in PR again or not?
One way the SP goes through the roof, the other the SP trades sideways for a long time. I am going to try and find out one way or the other.
As I've always said, he couldn't care less about us shareholders.
There's spin and there's spin...
Vlad was asked to do more PR, so he did the pod cast, but the first attempt was cancelled and reposted a short time later, little publicity around it so as usual little bit of a c-up.
Vlad was also asked to get the investor backing the loan to show or demonstrate commitment to Hemo, it feels to me like this is so badly done its probably that. The investor taking < 3% share holding by way of conversion of just enough CLNs to cover. Intentions probably good, and the shares were forward bought. If the investor holds actual stock going forward and not CLNs people wont be half as worried about CLNs. The fact its been a bit of a c-up and badly communicated and having a negative impact on the SP means it was could very well be Vlad trying to do good but screwing it up.
Anyway its so small a % of the CLNs I just dont see it being malicious or harmful but... I remain on the fence, if it was done without knowledge and consent of Hemogenyx then the trust between Mint/Investor and Hemogenyx/Us investors will be damaged.
Aspenwood if I am right there will be multiple CLN applications up until £12000000 paid off. At these levels that's alot of new shares. Please correct me anyone if i am wrong. I know they are limited to how much percentage they can own.
This is so true..Vlad is keen to say he chose the cheaper funding option, but his maths isn't great if he doesn't accept what played out for the shareholders over the last few days. I expected them to convert, but he ought not tout a 10% cost of finance when the impact on the shareholders of the conversion is much more significant and expected.
Vlad ignores the cost to the shareholder and opts for a perceived lower cost for the business. Dont be fooled again.
The market will now price this at Mint valuation and cripple price
It is the same places but price difference on each time . There are more shares dilution on and that is when they have money from market.
The amount of new shares being added is relatively small, so why are people getting their knickers in a twist over it.
there is a 50k seller out there adamant of getting out at whatever price.... Little ba*tard!
Think the price will just be marched down again for the next conversion I am happy to be proved wrong but from experience this is how these financing agreements work just got to hold out and try and reduce averages as more shares hit the market.
Podcast originally pulled so that it could be broadcast to finish at 16.30.
It's not panicking Andy....its just making various people aware...there seems to have been a co-ordinated PR ....I am LTH and will remain so and I do not panic....but one has to accept that at times questions do need to be asked
All these people panicking amuses me...anyone who has been here for the last year is used to this. I remember last year when the share had a sell at 7p a share when it was trading at 8p and everyone said it was good and now there was a definite support for it as institutional holders wouldn't let it drop below that price. But this is Hemo and it's full of people after a quick buck. I started thinking I might make a few quid buying the dips and selling at the prerequisite 10% which I see everytime the price rises but I realised after a short time that maybe this company could actually do some good so I've not sold and just keep topping up bringing my average down all the time. It's a biotech company and trials take time it's not a get rich quick scheme. I've heard some people say this is their only investment and they are heavily under on it...maybe that's not such a good strategy for investment or trading...diversify and it'll be less stressful
CJS has a fair point regarding the timing of the Podcast and that should be acknowledged.
We have seen many complaints about lack of updates and no PR....out of the blue we get one, and the coincidence of an excellent podcast maybe just that........and timed with a regulated out of hours RNS...does beg the question
And CJ - that's a perfect point on the podcast timing.
Hedge...agreed to an extent...plenty of grey area on many RNS timings (that's my personal experience talking...I'm not challenging the timing of this one particularly though).
On coordination of the two...mixed views. Part of me says it was coordinated to have a good interview come out so there's a positive spin on the company that helps SP, even though it does nothing for the conversion as they were based on pricing over 3 days. ie it's to detract from the conversion intentionally. Another part of me says there was no coordination and Vlad was responding to a weaker SP independently with the interview. My instinct is there was coordination...perhaps Vlad had the podcast prepped for when Mint moved, and when he got the notice (2 days ago?) he rushed like mad to release it....it did come across like it was released in a rush but well prepared.
Vlad is keen to say he chose the cheaper funding option, but his maths isn't great if he doesn't accept what played out for the shareholders over the last few days. I expected them to convert, but he ought not tout a 10% cost of finance when the impact on the shareholders of the conversion is much more significant and expected.
Of course they are regulated. Podcast scheduling not...
