If you read the RNS properly you'll see that although the consolidation happened today the certificates for the shares aren't released until tomorrow so that will explain why they are suspended in the brokers for today....I'm just revelling in the 100000% ish rise...even if it has actually fallen.

Really Hemo Truth? It's pretty par for the course for the last 6 years I've been invested (if losing money is classed as that). Good news is usually a sign for the SP to drop apart from the odd peak which is immediately sold on by the traders to collapse it again. I still hold out hope that one day there's a killer bit of news that is more than a variation on a theme.

AI is such BS...how anyone listens to it is beyond me. Everything it prints is available on Google for everyone...although I suppose only those able to use a search engine and a modicum of critical analysis. Printing out the output of Chatgpt is not showìng people how clever you are it's actually the opposite...it's the modern day equivalent of David Brent nipping out to look up a fact on the internet mid conversation to show how knowledgable one is ( not)

Or Poppabear like myself a long long time ago when it was a lot higher and still waiting for it to get back there.

They are really pushing the takeover now with this extra 15p per share dividend. I thought the SP had peaked at 235. I'm tempted to sell out now but who knows the offer might increase again. If the offer fell through though I'd still be happy as the results today are good again.

So my advice on Volex is coming true if you take a look af today's SP and RNS ....shame it couldn't have been a little later after this shares dividend, when I think I'll pull out as I can't see any point in holding to the bitter end as it already at the buyout price.

Yes this has been a lovely solid earner for the last few years...often dropped a lot but that just offered a chance to buy in low safe in the knowledge it would rise again.

I'm looking for something new too. I was invested in Volex before which had similar rises and drops like IPF. I took out and put into ipf and has since also has had the same trajectory. Solid company backed by big money (Rothschilds) though very different business. Have a look and see.

Post any other suggestions ...anyone who has been in ipf for any length of time deserves a listen I feel.

At 8:43 today I bought some shares and they showed up as a sell...later in the day they showed up as an unknown minus transaction followed by a plus unknown transaction. What is going on there or is it just lse being flakey?
