The volume of shares traded this week has been very low considering we are in a potential bid situation.Have all the new disclosure shares ie British Airways been bought privately off market.Would be interesting to see an up to date share register. This puzzles me.Can anyone explain this please.
Well should hear something in week or two. Waiting game now.
No point keep saying the same things; just have to wait for news of the bid or no bid, and/or the financing. Shares seem fairly priced all things considered but the spread is greedy.
seems to have gone very quiet on this board, much like the share trades . . .
That's Saturday so your ok. Question. Can they announce contract wins in a bid situation?
Ahh the 8th. Thats the day I'll loose all my profits and be just a par.
Whats Hazel got to do with this ? Its not the 8th day.
Ed. Are you suggesting gw's comments are capable of moving the share price. I think its more likely buying and selling has a more noticeable effect. Thanks for your contribution.
Boring me now.
Hang on a minute mate, you accused me of missing the boat RE. your post "Not bad for your second post on here guess you missed the boat. It won't drop back down to 48p so if you want in you better hurry up." Hence I replied to show that was not the case. Then you accuse me of de-ramping after your pathetic attempts to ramp this stock. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!
So what was the purpose of the post do we really want to know what your trading skills are. Also suggesting that the bod might get a bung is not a good thing to post on a public board.
graham-wales re. your "So basically you sold out to early and trying to get back in by de ramping lol" If you think my comments might move the share price then I'm afraid you are seriously deluded but thank you for the compliment lol
Crazy spread not exactly encouraging buyers are they
Ah thanks Poole panic attack over . . . Perhaps! Not so good today! 46/52!! Bizarre . . .
Chanjael - was just adding my guess as to possible terms versus your suggested figure of 67p.
Lost me there Poole? Have you seen something I've missed?
Wanglii.........52p Flundra ........125p Dannatt.........80p YouHavingalaugh....72p Dinoken.......100.00p graham-wales......90p Shan......65p? The Shareminator.....70p Rejlee....54p Stoned and broke....78p Chanjael........67p Edgasket...48p Poole....83p
No cash offer - instead AVG shares worth 83p per HAYT share.
Looking for stop losses and seems they found some.
Massive spread! 48-55, what's that about?
Now that would be a shame keep it British
I have a feeling there could possibly be a suitor from North Eastern Asia joining in on the fun (Last nights dream)
Minimum today imo, something leaked yesterday just needs confirmation.
So basically you sold out to early and trying to get back in by de ramping lol
I've already done very nicely out of HAYT thank you so not really worried what happens. In summary bought 39p and 40p sold 53p and 54p; bought 47p, sold 53p. If they drop back to 47p I might be tempted again. Remember cash is king and HAYT are short of it. A bid at 48p might well be 'in best interests of shareholders' especially if the directors get a bung.
