spell check!! Meant Wanglii
Wangle, I'm history on this blog my friend. Popped in to see how things were but I sold out at a shade under 48p. To be fair I bought in at 41/42p so not too shabby. Oh, for what it could have been though . . . . GLA
Grasi, thanks for the informed response much appreciated. If you have a magic wand, can you abracadabra an SP of 275p please . . . Cheers
Grasi, excuse my ignorance but how do you know if large buys are "off" order book? They don't show do they? How do you identify what is on and what is off order book? Another question, why would large off book orders corrolate with s potential takeover?
Something I'm missing? Can only see banking covenants extended to 28 July
Thanks for that Shareminator. Can you throw any light on why the concensus on the ADVFN AVG chat board is that they're going to pick up HAYT at a steal? Is it simply biase because they are holding AVG? What worries me is that some of the posts seem well researched and quite convincing. Surely HAYT is worth 65-70p of anyone's money?
Jees Graham, look what this share is doing to you ;-)
Hi Flundra, thank you for your concern in the undies department. I think a trip to M&S will be in order at some stage tomorrow, just as a back up ;-) - lots of negativity on the ADVFN AVG board I notice. Worryingly, most on that side of the fence seem to firmly believe that they'll pick up HAYT for a snip! AVG share price has rebounded strongly over the past week so I'm starting to wonder if there is more mileage in that viewpoint than I'd originally thought? Too late now I suppose, only 48 hrs until D-Day (that's assuming they don't extend again!!!)
Am I correct in thinking the YE results will be announced this Wednesday 28th? Or is it the 30th along with Banking and T/O deadline?
1. Banking covenants. 2. AVG offer. 3. YE results. The fact that all three announcements now have the same deadline date is clearly not coincidental. Completely staged and for a reason . . .?unquestionably. Wish I knew the bloody reason !!!
12 new pairs boxer shorts will be at the ready from Sunday onwards Flundra
Not with you on that post Wanglii. If AVG we're off and RBS were on, why would it be status quo? If RBS are "on" who cares about AVG, I'd rather see HAYT continue as is with long term financing in place and sit tight for a period of time. My own opinion of course.
Been reading the AVG chat on ADVFN. Interesting to see that those investors seem to think HAYT are under the cosh and AVG effectively holding all the cards. I'd love to know why AVG's share price has dumped c25% Also a few new RNS's relating to HAYT t/o on there. Someone knows something I'm sure of it . . .
No idea what the numbers are at the end of that post
Either way I've asked the kids to get me some more undies for Father's Day, think I'm gonna need them next week 😏
Another big sell after the bell. My anxiety metre is at level 10 again. Several big sells at early 40's is a little worrying is it not?
Flundra, firstly I'd like to thank you for taking the time to respond to my post and for recognising that my underwear supply is running worryingly low! Having digested your post I am going to stick around for a while. Something tells me that if I sell up after buying in at 42p on the very morning HAYT announced AVG's approach (more luck than judgment tbh) I may live to regret it. I sure hope so anyway!! Thanks again, much appreciated.
What a nightmare! Seems to me that HAYT board are clueless. Share price just falling and falling I can only imagine due to uncertainty amongst investors. No more contract wins announced, RBS situation on hold and T/O situation being dragged out. All of this suits AVG hugely and IMO HAYT board do not seem to be thinking remotely about those who have invested in their company! I am losing patience here, seriously close to cutting my loses - shame really, I thought this lot were better . . . my mistake!!!
Mmmmm, no RNS? RBS deadline was today wasn't it?
