Morning Don_V - I tend to agree with you about Hi-Therm, however I also continue to hope that one of the large water companies will decide soon that CeramycGuard is the way forward for protecting their concrete infrastructure and place a large order for the substance, and perhaps also another possible near term price driver (specific to my own occupation) that the large Aerospace companies will take a closer look at/invest in Haydale's lightning strike damage prevention solution. Fingers crossed for further good news & upward price movement... GLA!!
i think you'll find the whole market suffering "quite a drop" today
Unfortunately quite a drop today.
Barring news that we don't know about, I think that the Hi-Therm collaboration is almost certainly behind this recent price rise.
I will be interested to learn how what the payback period for Hi-Therm will be (i.e. what they choose to price the product). Given the savings are potentially considerable, they can probably put a reasonable margin on and still have it be both appealing and lucrative.

**Current UK Energy Crisis**
In a nutshell prices this winter for Gas and Electricity are going to soar and put ALOT of people in a difficult situation financially. Here is one of the hundreds of news articles out there:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10789513/UK-inflation-latest-energy-bills-food-mortgages-by.html
**What's the winter energy crisis got anything to do with HAYD?**
Read this RNS detailing that High Tech Systems Ltd has chosen HAYD as an exclusive partner to develop a thermal fluid.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/HAYD/haydale-awarded-supply-agreement-vl3dtf3o1es4it0.html
**Thermal Fluid? What the heck is that?**
HAYD will use its patented plasma functionalization technology to enhance the thermal conductivity and dispersion of boron nitride in thermal fluid applications. By enhancing the thermodynamic properties of water, Hi-Therm™ can significantly reduce the energy required to heat buildings, both domestic and commercial.
**Stop with the mumbo jumbo. Tell me in layman's terms**
Hi-Therm™ heats up quicker and offers up to 55% more heat transference than the water currently used in typical heating systems, so by installing Hi-Therm™ it is possible to reduce carbon emissions and offer significant fuel savings to millions of domestic and commercial buildings in the UK and beyond.
**Why all the hype and SP rise? Is there any update on this Hi-Therm Fluid?**
High Tech Systems released a HUGE press release 2 weeks back. Here are the key comments.
1. Hi-Therm was launched at Futurebuild in London last month to a captive audience interested in energy and carbon saving technologies.and was given a hero’s welcome by show visitors thanks to its potential to reduce customers’ energy usage and carbon emissions by 30%.
2. CEO said they have developed a game-changing product and to see the enormous interest at the Futurebuild London show. As they review the feedback, through interest shown at Futurebuild show, they can see the potential applications of the product span beyond just the domestic and commercial heating market,
3. CEO said despite the new recognised use cases, they are laser focused on getting Hi-Therm into the fuel poverty market to assist those who really need it to reduce energy usage and therefore reduce household bills.
4. Hi-Therm has been independently tested by several third parties including a leading university in the field of thermodynamics and the National Gas Centre for Excellence (NGCFE). At the NGCFE, a test environment was set up with two identical 4KW heating systems, one with water and the other with Hi-Therm®, and 30% less energy was used with Hi-Therm® during several days of continuous testing.
**How far can HAYD go?**
Look back on the charts, this game changing product could head well over its 50p highs. Remember this isn't the only product HAYD has but given the recent speech f
Hmmm. I'll try this link then:

GLA!!
I have been in profit everyday since I bought into this little beauty!
The share price is exactly how you want it to be a nice slow progressive uptrend. Unlike some of the other low cap shares that are highly volatile and being rinsed by day traders this little cruiser is just drifting into the sunset.
Everything is perfect for luck all.
Good steady progress
Definite upward pressure on the SP over the last few days - some good news coming up I wonder...?
GLA...!!
Hi-Therm 2
.....
The exciting innovation aims to transform the industry. The product is currently in an advanced stage of achieving SAP inclusion (Standard Assessment Procedure) from the Building Research Establishment (BRE), which would provide an energy performance rating uplift (for use in EPC ratings in buildings). If independent test results are anything to go by, Hi-Therm® could potentially surpass all current energy saving products rated by BRE to date.
Vince continued:
“The next stage for us is achieving SAP and to put Hi-Therm® into trial homes in the UK. Our goal is to have Hi-Therm® available to the fuel poverty market, which is estimated now to be some five million homes. We are talking to very senior people within the UK Government to help bring the benefits of Hi-Therm® to this market as soon as physically possible. We have the capabilities to get this into every single home in the UK with a hydronic heating system, which are systems with gas boilers or heat pumps, as a very cost-effective method of reducing both energy usage and carbon emissions.”
With the UK’s Government bold commitment to net zero emissions by 2050, Hi-Therm® could potentially provide a solution to significantly cutting carbon emissions from domestic heating, which according to the Committee on Climate Change accounts for 32% of all carbon emissions in the UK.
Current initiatives promote the installation of heat pumps, but the solution cannot be installed in every home. Hi-Therm® could.
Hi-Therm® is a new and innovative product to the heating market that could potentially align with many people’s mission towards carbon reduction and net zero. It can be installed into any building that has radiators and it can offer energy savings at a fraction of the carbon footprint, capital costs and time of current measures and provides the dweller with significant energy usage savings.

Further to the RNS of 27th January 2022, High Tech Systems Ltd issued a press release update last week - following testing, it appears that the radiator fluid would reduce heating bills by c.30%.
They talk of being close to getting it into trial homes but offer no definite timescale. Hopefully trials will be completed and verified by the autumn and the next utility price hike.
One would imagine that the fluid will be popular once ready for mass roll out. With average annual bills going north of £3k, a £900 saving for an initial outlay will seem worth it to most.
"New Energy Saving Heating Product Aims High at Futurebuild ‘22
Stourbridge UK, 20th April, 2022:
A new product for the heating market was launched by High Tech Systems at Futurebuild in London last month to a captive audience interested in energy and carbon saving technologies.
Hi-Therm ® was given a hero’s welcome by show visitors thanks to its potential to reduce customers’ energy usage and carbon emissions by 30%.
Hi-Therm ® has been formulated to combat energy and carbon emissions in the UK’s hydronic heating sector and beyond by substituting commonly used water in radiators. The patented thermal fluid uses nanotechnology to enhance the thermodynamic properties of water.
Hi-Therm ® is subcontract manufactured by Haydale Graphene Industries using its patented plasma functionalisation process. Hi-Therm can be installed into any hydronic heating system with minimal disruption and does not require any adaptation of the heating system.
With almost 400 people visiting the stand across the three-day show, High Tech Systems’ CEO Vince Rice said:
“We believe we have developed a game-changing product and to see the enormous interest at the show has just quantified that for us.
“As we work through interest shown from the Futurebuild show, we can see the potential applications of the product beyond just the domestic and commercial heating market, but right now we are laser focused on getting our product into the fuel poverty market to assist those who really need it to reduce energy usage and therefore reduce household bills.”
Unlike water, which holds the same thermal conductivity regardless of temperature, Hi-Therm’s thermal capability increases with temperature. The product has been independently tested by several third parties including a leading university in the field of thermodynamics and the National Gas Centre for Excellence (NGCFE).
At the NGCFE, a test environment was set up with two identical 4KW heating systems, one with water and the other with Hi-Therm®, and 30% less energy was used with Hi-Therm® during several days of continuous testing.
This is supported by an independent evaluation undertaken in a university test facility specialising in thermodynamics. The simulation was based on heating a single bedroom in a domestic home for a period of one month. The tests showed a reduction in energy usage over the period of more than 30%.
Yes. Lets hope this company can fulfill its much anticipated potential...its got a decent shot at it now I would say.
The diversity of usages of graphene-based products is incredible. 'The key to repeatable performance and continued commercialisation of nanomaterials is functionalisation'.
The awards are good news indeed. There's two parts of the RNS that particularly caught my eye:
"Currently Anglian Water are identifying an additional trial site for CeramycGuard™ where the existing coating has degraded significantly."
"The cash prize will allow the collaborative team to work towards developing a urinary electrochemical microRNA sensor for rapid detection of problems with newly transplanted kidneys, potentially replacing slower and more costly PCR-based methods. The sensor will use Haydale's biomedical functionalised graphene ink to accelerate detection without the need for invasive biopsy."
The fact they're working with folk from various kidney research organisations is really encouraging, and they seem to be making a big play for the medtech space.
This company has really re-positioned itself very well over the last several years: lots of innovation here.
Still needs to start generating meaningful and sustainable year on year growing revenues though to be of any particular worth. Hopefully that will start to happen sometime in the not so very far future.
Exciting times!
hope you are correct however, i see this as more news driven than anything else. price hopefully will stabilize at least and move up slowly as news trickles in. Fluctuactions either way at 5% seem common though. Definately a hold, my average is up at 15p. A long way to go before the glory days return. imho
Yes very nice I'm expecting the price to start pumping as we are on a verge of a breakout of long-term Downtrend. Should see over 5% gain today
Good steady progress
There seems to be a lot of momentum here. All these partnerships are massive endorsements from large companies that Haydale's tech is desirable and they want them along.
Shaping up nicely… good rises and some nice contracts being won.
Some more news imminent perhaps?
Good to see this coming back up
Yes this would seem like good news but a muted response. Looking forward to some blue skies here
More good news!
This is underpriced surely.
