Laughable. PR always serves a purpose. It's to relate to the public... or the market... or retailers.
Some companies pump out podcasts and interviews to 'relate' to their investors. Even when we have a new Angra CEO who is (blow the rampy trumpet) 'a LORD' there's still no investor podcast.
i have not seen one self-promotion on their own twitter account! NOT ONE! there are no links to their assets... no 'how to' demos that might encourage interest or just to show retailers how easy it will be to gain market share.
they look, toall intents and purposes, like it's still in a soft launch.
and it's poor to have public-facing service that is anonymous and has no interest in growth, outside of acquisitions and transfer of existing users.
it's why everyone now waits for news and why it spikes... it's why folk buy in £10k lumps at 0.9ish and then sell for whatever the next spike will be.
next time it hits 1.4+ what the churn (unless the news is stellar).
until then, i'll look to scrape some more cash in case it dips below 0.9.
The thing that bugs me is that they are apparently happy to let GS20 display incorrect volume figures for months on end. What BoD would do that ffs ?

===============================================================
How do you know the display is the incorrect volume figure?
Kop tries to be subtle, but he's about as subtle as a brick lol.
He'll be all bullish once he's bought in again, don't worry.
If the volume figures are correct, then boom time coming
I have just been catching up on the comments that were made yesterday in response to my comment about PR.
Good PR is worth it’s weight in gold (or crypto) and the essence of good PR is having a “strong story to tell” in a compelling way that is directed at your target group and the results of which can be measured. Car companies (for example) have been creating and promoting brand awareness with their CUSTOMERS for decades.
At the core of business that GST is building, is a B2B platform. Right now the business will be heavily engaged in networking a target list of clients. Our Lord will be out there “wining and dining” them, meeting for drinks and making presentations with the sole intent of creating awareness, selling them our USP’s and briefing them on what’s in the development pipe line – all with the intent of turning them into fee paying customers. This (outside of the regulatory developments) is the single most important activity that the company can commit it’s limited resources to. From this activity revenues will grow, profits will develop – and the share price will rise. Some may not recognise this activity as Public Relations activity, but that is what it is.
On the internet you will find articles about GST news (i.e. acquisitions etc) and even a video interview with GST directors – none of which have helped to sustain the share price. The wording of the articles was almost identical so it’s safe to assume that GST circulated Press Releases – whether the recipients chose to use them is another matter. PR is not as simple as chucking content out in a scatter gun approach and hoping that some of it sticks. GST is still a small company (for now) and it has to make the very best use of what resources it has.
As ever I welcome other people’s opinions.
Great post again Rich, for me PR at this stage isn't as important as growing and developing the pillars of GSmoney. We are still in the early development stage so what they announce in Rns' is perfectly acceptable, they are still at the mercy of the Fca who we know deal their heels a little and the Fca themselves have an awful lot of work going on. We know what we know and at this stage all is fine for me anyway, I'm absolutely positive that this BoD are working hard behind the scene attracting many larger clients to their platforms, we will be the last to know as usual when it comes to this. Once all Gsmoney pillars are firing/approved, this is when PR will be required and I believe will come, for now there isn't a lot they can do apart from update us on things like Fca approvals, semnet contracts etc, just on that Semnet contract proves the BoD are out there attracting new clients. GSmoney simply isn't the finished article yet, so let's get that going first, then come with the PR, and by that time, we all will be sitting very pretty holding x amount of shares at a very cheap price.
Umm PR is important at any stage.
Say your a mindless ramper without saying your a mindless ramper 😂😂😂
Fingers crossed for July.
Say you are a clueless investor without saying you're a clueless investor. (Insert emoji here)
Savvy investors are comfortable here, you bed wetters who need their hands holding every day clearly aren't. Go invest in Vast where the Pr tells you for years they are getting the diamonds back stringing everyone along, or Copl who lie to all who will listen, I could go on.
Richpick, AHS happy with your summon up on state of play.
Some days I can’t believe where the sp is, but I’m still convinced our day will come, hoping it’s sooner rather than later.
Baznick, the current Mcap of around 19m is ridiculous in this sector.
GS20 is profitable on just a 'wider roll out'
AngraFx is profitable.
Sement announcing 36m contracts already!
We await to see how angraglobal is performing at its early stage after onboarding since Sept.
4 stablecoins sat there ready to be launched Fca pending.
Its laughable really.
Carry on BoD.
Marketing and improving their websites are two areas that I agree could and should be improved, but honestly, those are such easy fixes to make, and I'm sure the BOD will get to it when they feel it's time. Until then, I have full trust in this BOD who are doing everything they've said they will do.
Websites are improving all the time, however I am very much looking forward to the GSmoney website and GSmoney app being launched.

Just as a reminder.
There IS a problem with being 'profitable':
"In its most recently published unaudited accounts, to 30 September 2022, Semnet had a turnover of US$4.22 million and reported profit before tax of approximately US$0.21 million."
until the results come out it's nigh impossible to even guess what the profit will be across everything so folk just have to be looking at medium term, unless the results are glowing, which they well might.
So Kat would rather invest his money into non profitable companies. Like Zed perhaps?
Rightio
I don't mind you looking at my history to try and find something to make a personal or financial attack but, thanks for bringing ZED to wider attention.
i don't mind investing in something that just had a 24month contract for £2.4mill as a starter and has just raised £677k for manufacturing now that kitemark has been received and interest is 'signficant'.
guess we'll see where their forward guidance is for both...
'There IS a problem with being 'profitable':'
Comment of the week.
'I don't mind investing in something that just had a 24month contract for £2.4mill as a starter'
Sement wins a $36m contract, even over 5 years that's USD 7.2m, Gbp 5.7m 66% of 5.7m = 3.7m a year ish. But you complain..... doesn't add up Kat does it?
I'm just saying that, based on what was put into the rns when they proposed buying it, it showed a 0.5% profit on $4.2million revenue.
i think $36million is great, though noone knows over what period? and, if that's the same margin, that'd be $1.2mill, divided over however many years.
but i agree, double th emcap looks nice... i'm still in so no argument from me about the numbers. just think they've been too secretive about progress to date. and i think it's fair to say, the secrecy and the amount of news that's still being waited on has caused a flurry of sells that, if i weren't in would make me think about getting in now. but as everyone in here is already... 'in here', i'm betting the sp will need some significant news to get everyone (inlucing the BoD) into profit on this one.
