Roger has bought back in..

Nero - 'we know news is coming'. Do we? there was nothing guaranteed in the placing RNS and there was no absolute confirmation of an imminent acquisition.
From the RNS
'The funds raised from the Placing will be principally used to accelerate the implementation of the Group's GS Money strategy, including POTENTIALLY via further acquisitions. Further announcements will be made by the Company in due course AS APPROPRIATE.'
Think what that really says is they're short on cash for salaries and would like to have some funds tied over in case they can acquire something else along the way. Of course news WILL come one day but not necessarily as a result of this recent grubby placing. Don't mind them raising funds but the way this one was done was shabby treatment of share holders. RNS delivering nothing specific about income or anything investors could hang their hats on and hey presto 24 hrs later - oh by the way, today you're losing about 30% of the value of your investment so we can have some cash in the bank, pay ourselves and keep the lights on. We'll let you know as and when there might be any news worth sharing. So long.
It was poor. Really poor. But we are where we are so we just have to sit tight for another few months in the hope they really ARE generating some income and making some progress and will come clean with some numbers in July.
That's easy the share is generally quite illiquid so it's easy to move the price either direction. Off the back of the recent placing at lower than the last placing its caused an overreaction - things are starting to settle back down and news will send us back up.
I'm not claiming to know any facts about what might happen. It's just my opinion. As I said, I don't have any shares here but I would be happy to be wrong so people who are still in can get a good return on their investments.
I am a little concerned that the price hasn't even been able to stay above the placing price, even with such good news and high expectations. Anyone want to speculate on the reason for that?
Bond is also the poster who claimed there was no live bid for 10m shares and there was. Kop stated he was bid for 9m just before that. So what does this say about how much Bond actually knows?
To clarify Kop, I think they're doing a good job with regards to moving the company forward. I just don't trust them with regards to how they treat shareholders with poor coms and poorly timed placings. I've said this previously but I believe that if the company starts making good money, that could prompt them to take it private. Just my own thoughts here. That's what I mean when I say I don't trust them. If I'm wrong then I will gladly hold my hand up to it! I hope I am wrong.
"I wouldn't trust this board further than I could drop-kick them over Twickenham!". Why do you say that ? Yes, I also think the coms are useless but to say you don't trust the board at all is a bit beyond that. Why do you not trust them at all ?
Oh dear, what a mess. A fantastic RNS last week and volume dropping by the day. Genuinely sorry for anyone losing money here. Not nice. It's what happens when you treat your shareholders with such contempt. Even if there is some kind of announcement regarding an acquisition, it will have minimal effect on the SP as always, I'm sorry to say. The company seems to be making excellent progress, yet they don't seem to want to share that success with the shareholders. Sad really. I wouldn't trust this board further than I could drop-kick them over Twickenham! 🏉
Good luck to all who are still here and believe the board will do right by its shareholders. I really hope you make some money!
Nero
They probably needed the fun’s fo champagne and cigars
"Buy on the rumour, sell on the news" - This to me is definitely a great time to be buying given that we know news is coming. They wouldn't be raising funds for no reason. SP might drop a tiny bit more, but it will quickly make up ground once we know for sure what they've got cooking! I'm really excited by this share.
Don't look at the SP every five minutes is my advice to the nervous out there :) our time will come!
DYOR.
Pity the paid idiots wouldn't just clear off and leave the board to serious investors , this crap is unbearable , filter list growing , and some people are as bad for answering these clowns
Looking like the sp is settling down now
You really want to be right in your comparison so, if it makes you feel better about this week's drop, i defer to you, if only to stop the back and forth.
back to talking about the sp...
Kat you are comparing totally different timescales. GST was at c0.7p when CABP fell to 47p.
Atleast try to have a sensible debate!
And, Bfd, i would say 0.3 > 1.2 is better than 45 > 130.
i'll take a break now... no reason for me being the main arbiter of posts...
Sorry just had to reply to you Kat.
No more nonsense headlines from you either then YES????!!!!!!
(i didn't start a new thread!)
here's a question... based on the rns, what happens to the sp, near term, WITHOUT an acquisition?
It's not about now, prior to results, it's generally. twitter doesn't show any references to q+a from interested users. i said it earlier and i don't think it'd be contested, i suspect fewer than 5% of holders either hold a wallet or have any transaction using GST. obviously, the argument will be their products are restricted in the UK, hence wanting easysend but it is a fact that their twitter account is used for nothing except a few repeat posters and maybe Hive!. no podcasts, no instructionals, no encouragement to making the gen pub aware of their services.
surely free advertising isn't a drawback!
(would also help if the BoD participated in placings or enlarging their holdings. it's a headscratcher that noone has added in a couple of years... it can't have been a closed period the whole time!
Kat not comaprable at all.
The recovery in CABP is far greater than here, without PR.
But you avoided the other part of my question. What would you like them to PR whilst they are still in the process of preparing the accounts for the first year when we will have likely made any money?
Gaslighting 101
You have no clue who i am, what my holding is and when i trade, except for the last point i made, saying ti'd added at 0.978.
you're just taking your cue from a couple of rampy poster on here who have a knee jerk reaction to any post i make that doesn't say 'i made £1bilion in ARB or something else so listen to meeeeeee!".
you're just another sheep who follows the loudest mouths that hold and keep saying you're be a millionaire 'like me' if y follow my lead.
if you want to stop 'pointless headlines' then stop reposting replies to this thread.
gawd, how do you not get you are contributing to the thing you're moaning about!
The point I'm making, is just stop with your pointless headlines.
We can all see through you and what you are Kat. A 10% gain trader.
I'm not worried about the share price as this is a long term hold and the potential is huge. It takes time to build a company up and risks, raising cash, etc have to be done.
I won't be replying to you anymore, only the genuine decent posts.
And yet you keep the headline going and, as i said, way more irrelevant than anything i've posted.
oh, the irony!
Kat, the post was stated because of you, you tool
The guys is so stupid with these attention seeking headlines. If we all do the same then the boad is unreadable with too much going on
