Lloyd yes the stablecoin are simply huge here.
The BoD have seen this opportunity some years ago and just have the small matter of the Fca to get by. The company valuation on approval of these is anyone's guess
Apologies. My mistake.
Longfell they are from singapore, a country where we have very close ties with through project guardian on regulations.
I had assumed Wellesley was brought in to front their campaign with the fca. The Chinese are a little personae non grata with the authorities here.
A bidding war could get tempting though
I would be a bit gutted at an early buyout.
It's called a discussion Kat, so far you haven't countered any of it. Just made up a new stupidly large headline for attention, of course we knew you would, as this gets in the way of your trade.
Give it a rest kat. Ahs and Lloyd have offered some very good points as to why its a possibility. As usual YOU OFFER NOTHING!!!
I certainly don't think this BoD will give this over cheap, but any one of the large US crypto companies could take this for peanuts to them, this would give them immediate access to the UK and Europe with Easysend in the pipeline.
What's 200m to some of them? Nothing.
I'm not saying it would go now for 200m Kat, just an example. Legislation is becoming tighter and unregulated sites will fall.
No Roger, you don't know what's going on behind closed doors do you!! Not being of any importance. As a pi I know my place at least
I know someone who said that the reason the Easysend has been delayed is because it won't get approved.
they also sad that the sp would fall back to 0.3.
does that have ANY more validity than your post???
you can't ciriticise posters for trolling but find it acceptable to say 'you heard' that it'll be sold for multiples.
if you don't get that that's as irresponsible and as unjustifiable as trolling then i'm not sure what you're doing here, criticising anyone with a different opinion to yours!
you can't just cross a line because it benefits you.. making up stuff to pull punters in and support your own stake!
AHS I agree, this is why they haven’t paid a huge amount of detail to the quality of their websites etc. I think they are trying to get the model and business set up then sell it. But they would significantly increase the value of the business if they can get on the DSS sandbox
1.5p. Don't be daft. The board hold at 2p. Give me a break
4unme - take over what? No one seems to know what GST is doing at the moment and no one has a clue about revenue being generated. Whole thing is shrouded and obscured from view. Why?
Anyway, looking like I'll get a chance to lower my average here soon when it drops further on results.
Said 'someone' with a 0.5 average says it will be sold for multiples...
that's just the flipside of the worst trolling on this bb!
That's the last thing I want at the moment. My average is almost 2p.
Would you like his name and tele number Kat?
Christ.....
Takeover price 1.5p?
Only pop in here every now and again these days so I might have got this wrong as I'm just picking up tit bits....
Is the GST CEO's wife involved in the company GST supposedly want to acquire?
'had a chat with someone i know'... that counts as credentials, does it?
give a bit more info and folk will then take the info more seriously.
admit it, that's about as vague as one can be about 'info'...
Ignore 'laughing' bloody phone
Had a chat with someone I know re Gst, he is also heavily invested from the 0.5's.
He reckons Gst now are primed for a take over, any number of companies out there could snap this up with what Gst are offering, these isn't many like for like which offer what Gst do, i.e, the foreign exchanges, a crypto exchange and now their own cyber security business, and of course the stablecoins.
He thinks this is the sole reason the lord has been brought is to negotiate that deal, he also thinks the Easysend deal might have been delayed so they don't have to spend that money. The recent raise will cover all the legal/contract expenses etc.
They want Garies out so he loses his votes in this.
The price is the only unknown, but he thinks the BoD certainly will still make a healthy profit if it happens. It's become very attractive and will be very lucrative since Gst also have a foot in the door with Fca re laughing their coins and a much bigger player would benefit massively from taking over Gst considering the new legislations coming in.
Him like me, thinks the results will see good progression which is what any potential buyer would want to see.
It was an interesting chat, most of us think Gst will be bought at some point, he seems to believe sooner rather than later.
Anyone else thoughts on this? We'll ignore any stupid comments from you know who, good debate is welcome.
Please tell me... what's difficult about that observation???
Even I had to report Kat for that one......misleading the jury
