Hard to believe that the management here are allowed to get away without any communications to shareholders about whats going on.A disgrace, and probably not a thing we can do about it.
What happened to all those drums of Platdrill Barry?
And a happy new year to the grph directors from Barry and me.

They've discontinued strike off.
There is an active proposal to strike off at companies house in 2 months. I don't know if anyone here has a way of contacting the directors. The letter is just going to the post box address! Of course they may just want it to be struck off, but if it's an oversight then they need to act soon.

Hi All,
Any more news re Grph ?
How much does it cost to list on Aim , maybe Aim should make sure that any Co that wishes to list should be a company of substance / not straw, with some backing, possibly a private insurance for investors protection
Where is everyone? What news is there of the beach boys?
Where is everyone? What news is there of the beach boys?
On the beach in Malaysia having a laugh? Meanwhile sleuths from the FCA are bearing down on them. Or not. Does anyone know where or what these jokers are up to?
I'm sorry to say re the FCA - they do little - I complaied to them re Muddy Waters shorting IQE - nothing came back - I fear AIM is as bad as the wild west - I was caught out by FusionX - yet another Malaysian company that abused AIM
Is this coming back then? It has appeared in my investments on my broker account again.
Contact FCA about what is happening with GRPH. These Malaysian are exploiting UK investors. Syqic is another Malaysian company delisted after raising cash on AIM market.
Does the last man turn out the lights yet, or is there a glimmer of hope left?
Our group now numbers 90 shareholders and we represent a little over 5% of the company. As I stated in my email a couple of days ago to group members, I proposed using the capital gains tax claim of a Negligible Value Claim to offset my costs of buying these shares against CGT. Even if you don't have any gains this year you can do this and use the loss in future years. I can confirm that I filed my tax return this morning - early in the year, yes, but I thought if I was the first person to make this claim then the Revenue will see others follow. The rules state that the shares need to be "worth next to nothing", which they are; AND the company needs to still exist...which it does. Good luck all and if I hear anything more I will inform all but so far we have untradeable shares in a company that has delisted from AIM, with Directors that are in Singapore/Malaysia and not contactable, with a website that's well out of date; with no assets in the UK. Best wishes, Barry
Re your group, can you give me Info i need to keep in touch. i m a shareholder. Many thanks Red
Where are these faceless wonders? Is anyone ever accountable for misdemeanours for dodgy practices on the AIM market?
