Not looking good.. can we pull out a rabbit or 3
It's been so long I forget what these jokers produce. Platdrill, lithium batteries, red buses or Christmas crackers?.
18th Feb Broker resigns, 18th Narc if no broker in place shares delistedd - so 18th March 1st critical point.
Nothing we can do but wait...but for how long?!
This lot aren' t going to deal with their obligations honourably.
Completely agree John. If the deal goes ahead that works in our favour and everything so far looks positive for us. The other poster: this came back at 13p and dropped to 1p and that didn't give you an indication. Looks like you are your own worst enemy here.
Not looking good, could kick myself for not getting out at 13p when came back from the suspension. Fingers/toes crossed but I think I will have to write this 2k off as a lesson learned. Dont throw good money after bad and also do research. Learning from this is the least we can all expect now I guess. GLA
Mk007 The RNS says they are progressing so I agree the intention is oresumably to appoint a new broker. They have also said in the previous RNS that negotiations should be complete by April, if I remember correctly - so that deals with the six month deadline. Looking positive, staying optimistic. If they pull the deal off it could be very good which is why Im still feeling positive. With regard to your last point I have to say I dont know exactly but it seems reasonable that if they fail to pull off a deal the company could fold. We know the company have various debts and shareholders could form part of a long queue ? A lot depends on whether the company would try to walk away and start again or deal with their obligations more honourably IMO. Happy to be corrected by those who probably know much more than me. Waiting hopefully !
Thanks John. They are acquiring a new company so I don't see why they wouldn't appoint a new broker and continue trading here. Unless they have no interest. Surely they would be losing a lot of money from investors who have purchased stock as that volume would be converted to debt. Am I right in saying that?
E Mail sent to company - if I get an answer ( to be honest not holding my breath ), I will share it.
by 16th March. Even if one is appointed GRPH will be delisted by 30th May unless the deal has been concluded. So there are a couple of dates to bear in mind, meanwhile a further statement from GRPH giving more detail of their intentions would not be an unreasonable thing to expect. Whether it will do any good or not I dont know but I will try to contact the company and ask for more info.
after years of learning be wary of foreign firms ,
last december at 8p
lost 15000 euros here so belived in it just b.s
Personally I think we're/ I'm doomed. Would dearly loved to be proved wrong though, thought this company showed real promise last year.
Looks like your request for an update has been granted - although not goof news I dont think. Anyon else have a feeling they wont manage to find a replacement nomad in time? hmmm Notice of Resignation of Nomad and Broker Graphene NanoChem (AIM:GRPH), the international provider of nanotechnology performance enhancing solutions for global industries, announces that Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure") has served notice, which has been mutually agreed by the Company, to terminate its engagement with the Company as its current nominated adviser ("Nomad") and broker. Termination will not be effective until 16 February 2018 (the "Effective Date"), and as such, Panmure shall remain the Company's Nomad until then, unless the Company appoints a replacement Nomad beforehand. The Company is aware of its obligations regarding the appointment (and continued appointment) of a Nomad under AIM Rule 1. Should the Company fail to appoint a replacement Nomad within one month of the Effective Date, trading in the Company's securities on AIM will be cancelled. The Company's securities remain suspended on AIM pursuant to the announcement dated 30 November 2017. The Company shall provide updates as appropriate but it is currently anticipated that the Company will need to appoint a replacement Nomad pursuant to AIM Rule 1 prior to any publication of the required AIM Admission Document by Graphene NanoChem pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition (or an announcement that the Proposed Acquisition is no longer proceeding). Pursuant to AIM Rule 41, the Exchange will cancel admission of a Company's securities where trading in them has been suspended for more than six months. Whilst negotiations are at an advanced stage, there can be no certainty that the Proposed Acquisition will be concluded successfully and Graphene NanoChem will update shareholders as the matter progresses. The Group continues to manage its working capital position prudently in order to continue trading as a going concern.
There must be some hope left haha. Things must be happening behind the scenes. Anyway, what are the rules behind suspension and time limits? Before delisting?
There is none. It would be nice to know what these jokers are up to though.
Has anyone contacted the company directly? We could do with something to keep/reinstate some confidence.
When did you get in? It's been suspended for a couple of months! Haha
as is much of AIM good luck :-)
small amount in but do i get the feeling this one is russian roulette.
Looked for info on the director who has left. It seems he was a finance/accounts abd governance specialist. The finance director who is an executive remains in post so cant quite see what impact the other guy leaving has. I assume he genuinely wished to put the family first or simply disagreed with the companies change of direction. Anyone else have any info ?
In addition to Platdrill hair restorer am now flogging finely cut pieces of Seven-Up bottles as emeralds.
Sounds good fingers crossed
