Having gone through this process with another company folding I would `DEFINITELY` advise to not waste your money or time on Solicitors, Ombudsman etc. It takes years, and you will be up against the `establishment`! We proved our position with test cases, and when our Solicitor failed to represent our position correctly, so decided to go into admin so that they could just change their name and start again, we ended up with another Solicitor taking the first Solicitor to task, at great cost, with no justice, it ended up with us taking it to the Ombudsman, who just built a brick wall to defend their buddies in the `club`! Seriously, don`t throw any more money at it if they go tats up, because 4 years and 120,000 later in Solicitors fees we ended up with the possibility that the original Directors might sue us for a wrongful claim, because our Solicitors made a pigs ear of it. I definitely won`t be joining, but then I`m only in for a small punt so already written it off. If they come out of suspension it will be a bonus for me.
Nothing surprises me i think we will get a rns to go i know how this company dose things NOW not then when i lost
If what John has found is true. Then the shares will still be there if/when the reverse takeover is completed. They may be staying away because they are looking at a name change in which case we should all get new shares...If they choose to relist with a new nomad
Sorry you are in this deep, I only had 'punt' money exposed. What makes you think it might open up again tomorrow? Have I missed something?
For all here i lost 15000 here . If it dose open up again tmw i shall buy a chunk to trade as i know we got more time all the best good luck all

The company are not answering emails either, although as I nade it clear I was contacting them as a private investor they might not feel able to say anything that could be sensitive - an acknowledgement would not hurt though !
I'll be in touch pal by email
We already have 6 in our group. Please join us... information below.
The directors are crooks.
FB details sent.
of total shares identified to me so far. That is, 4,244,751 out of 201,725,075.
Agree. It not fair in this day n age... pi shafted
I could be jumping the gun but we may have to consider a class action against the Directors in the High Court if we feel that the Directors have failed in their fiduciary duty to the company and therefore to us. Then enforce in Singapore and Malaysia against the Directors as they are based in either of those jurisdictions: http://www.rahmatlim.com/Lists/PublishedArticle/Attachments/11/International%20Comparative%20Legal%20Guide%20to%20Enforcement%20of%20Foreign%20Judgments%202017%20(Malaysia).pdf (see page 111 re Malaysia) . https://uk.practicallaw.thomsonreuters.com/4-619-4293?transitionType=Default&contextData=(sc.Default)&firstPage=true&bhcp=1 (for Singapore).
Fingers crossed for all this week..
Unless a nomad is appointed by Friday as far as I understand things GRPH shares will be delisted. I'm assuming if that is the case al bets are off - no news on the acquisition and delisting would put the company in a position where, at best if they pull off a deal, they have to reapply to be listed ? At worst I assume the company folds and we probably lose our investment ? Anyone know different ? Hoping for some positive news before Friday - best of luck to all. The gambler in me still thinks one was worth a punt.
From what i can remember we were surposed to be buying parts of another company so suspention is normal in those circumstances and maybe the placing is part of that but without keeping us up to date we dont know. Perhaps the information cannot be released until its done. The board of alecto was the same before it became cradle arc in a take over so we will find out soon and it could be exstended if the deal is not compleate. Took 6 months for alecto to do their deal
You say potatoes, I say potatoes.... Let's call the whole thing off. Does make much difference chaps, I have this feeling the end is nigh
Just looked at the board,, where Gonas
Has any board got any shares !!
I’m interested in how you make money if the shares are voided ?
I believe they have until close of play next Friday. Was annouced on the 16th. So 16th March deadline but yeah...not looking promising at all. Placing then suspension. There's something not right here. Luckily I'm not at a loss and will finish in profit if the shares are made void. I would like to see the result of the reverse takeover though. Seems there is action but the company is being very quiet about It!
Sure doing a placing and then pulling the plug or delisting to be a private company would be fraud which would show up like a sore thumb so lets hope a nomad is instated shortly.
As I understand it GRPH had 1 month from the resignation of their nomad/broker Panmure Gordons resignation, to appoint another. That month is up at the end of next week. If a replacement is not appointed I believe the share will be delisted, when I assume all bets are off. I have emailed the company twice but had no response so far. Have to admit it is not looking good. If any representatives of the company are reading this some news would be very welcome !
The CGT note to the SA form asks us as taxpayers when we believe the share became of negligible value. I would respectfully suggest on mine, that if post 5th April the company does in fact fold that we believed the company became worthless after losing its nomad during suspension. However, I hold out hope that we get a RNS telling us that the new deal is sorted and we’re up and running again!! Here’s hoping...
