Rumbo - thank you so much for taking so much of your valuable time, before dawn, to give me advice!
May I reciprocate? Don't take boards too seriously - and get a life! I'd bet Rumbo isn't your real name 😋🤭
Congratulations! “Although my mate (in our Lowestoft pub) is one of the other names mentioned - and we often post together from the Wetherspoons!” is the single most ‘AccidentalPartridge’ thing ever posted on this board.
As both of you (and your other aliases) often post on exactly the same boards at 7-8am, if you’re in Wetherspoons in Lowestoft at that time, maybe you should be asking yourself some questions about the direction your life has taken :-)
But we’re on the same side in that we both want to see this share price increase. I just get frustrated at how far off the mark your statements often are. But let’s hope we’re both cashing in one day.

Zi - thanks and good luck.
I've a few grand in - and there it'll stay!
That Ghanaian landscape/spread has enormous gold veins throughout.
Artisanal (old) mines are being developed successfully by new techniques.
Many companies involved - but few with with the permissions, experience, pedigree, connections of the players here....
Botuney
I promise you I have no axe to grind with you, I fully understand the territory we are in and I have sold just over half my holding. I am prepared t come out with nothing.
Zi - the website has today's date and, as the official stance of a company, rarely post inaccuracies.
I am not here to joust - but to point out that Paracale/Trew isn't irrelevant or impotent. As some think.
Trew (I'm no fan) has a substantial investment here - and will endeavour to increase this. Notwithstanding his apparent disagreements with List.
Botuney
They are so skint that the last thing they are worried about is the web site which is out of date.
This site is done by a one man band in Canada.. believe me I know.
Trew was all the problem, he owns Paracale who are also a load of rubbish allegedly.
How they are going to pull a rabbit out the hat I just don't know
'Goldstone is supported, financially and technically, by its major shareholders' - including Paracale, and another.
This is stated clearly on the Goldstone Resources website - why do people lie....

And the artisanal Akrokeri mine was successfully operated - with extremely basic tools - up to 1909, when it was suddently flooded.
New analysis (geoscans etc.) confirms that new mining techniques and technology will allow GRL to recommence mining there, just like neighbouring mines.
If Paracale aren't involved, why does the GRL list of shareholders - dated less than a fortnight ago - have them owning 20%?
https://www.goldstoneresources.com/shareholder-analysis/
Botuney/ Luthee
Paracale are no longer involved because they were crap. List is not involved with Paracale as her son has his own mining production Company. Homase has gold which is correct Akroteri is as you will see on a map positioned underneath a town so it is practicly impossible to mine unless you go very deep which is very expensive. They need much more money to keep going as the money raised doesn't even go near paying outstanding bills and wages. Again I say, why did the person or persons back out of the raise? Join the bloody dots
Homase*
Homage and Akrokeri have a history of successful gold mining - although the latter's was some considerable time ago. And this area has large, successful and active mines in close proximity to GRL's.
With old and new data (from geoscans etc.), experienced and knowledgeable individuals have decided to put their money where their mouths are - after consulting neighbouring mining companies.
Although there is considerable risk, I'm in - and am cognisant of the good government relationship and the central support. Obviously, others think otherwise - but, at least, we know there's gold there!
... if I were to sell out now it'd cost me more in fees than they're worth so I'm stuck in here. Hope? Not a lot..
Likewise CBax,I should have got out in 2011.
Death by a 1000 cuts I think.
I’m so far behind on this share that I might as well
Take a chance and lose the lot . No value in selling for me . Fingers crossed a rabbit comes out the hat

Fish,
No problem you being cynical.🤨. I had meant to put a question mark on the title.
I too thought it was lacking to be considered evidence.
Like you I would have liked the composition and weight. Also if that was the only bar.
The selling is because at least another raise must be coming. Nowhere near enough production to keep the lights on and the last raise wasn't enough to probably even pay the accrued running costs. What about the other liabilities? The BlueGold loan note (which they won't convert at 3p+ if the sp is 0.7p+), what about AIMS gold loan? The $1.3m funding in the last finance round that went missing knew something, what did it know? It certainly knew the price was going lower so if it wanted to fund it could probably do it lower in the next round.
I'm mainly surprised about 3 things:
1. it relisted at all
2. it hasn't gone private (yet)
3. I managed to sell £50k on day 1 of the relisting (genuinely I had no anticipation that I would be able to exit, or at least, not in 1 day and not at a price I could accept).
For the people bigging up the existing senior stakeholders - where are they? AIMS put in money last minute to shore up the raise. If the company needs more funding why aren't they all at the table now? And remember these were all the same senior stakeholders who were present when the auditor resigned and the company suspended.
I'm not overly bitter because I expected 0 and got out with more than 0, but my maths says this goes to 0. I hope for the sake of those still in I'm wrong, but it's just the way I see it. As I'm no longer invested I'll stop posting and good luck to those who stay I hope Emma can fix it but do watch those 500k sells because somebody out there (and that's not me) knows something perhaps you don't. GLA
There is some selling pressure, however to those who are here for the long haul, hopefully the worst is behind us and this is a great buying opportunity.
Gold price is strong and slowly gold is coming out of the ground. If we can improve productivity, we're on for a winner.
Rover 62, I don't want to sound too cynical but a photo of an apparent Dore gold bar (50%gold possibly)on a table is hardly evidence .Properly audited figures should be .
The photo could be fudged (or fudge).

And the prognosis for gold, generally.
"Gold prices forecast: UBS hikes its target"
https://uk.investing.com/news/commodities-news/gold-prices-forecast-ubs-hikes-its-target-3532364
Lithium too is being mined in Ghana - with generous assistance from the government which is very keen to develop the country's broad range of natural resources. For example - the Ewoyaa project by Atlantic and Piedmont.
https://www.atlanticlithium.com.au/
Me too. The future looks good for Ghanaian gold.
https://www.intellinews.com/ghana-looks-to-diversify-economy-by-refining-its-own-gold-iron-ore-and-other-minerals-315858/
It'll undoubtedly a long haul - but I'm content to sit back and wait.
AIMSL, Paracale, Trew, List, Apex etc. - are a formidable bunch.....
Don't understand how anybody expects a price recovery. This, in the March RNS:
"with current liabilities of approximately $11.2m"
Since then not much gold. A raise which intended to raise £1.9m then managed £800k with somebody(or bodies?) pulling out. I sold the day it relisted. Wish the best for holders and I do think Emma is trying to keep it alive but - read the tealeaves. Old mates my nemesis was right, but not for the reasons he outlined, I think this was a good asset and it was possible to mine gold here and make it work but for various reasons (most of which will no doubt remain a mystery to all but insiders) it didn't work out. All IMHO and no advice given whether you hold/buy/sell is always your decision, I decided to sell. Not going to detail my loss here in numbers but a 90% is better than a 99% loss I took elsewhere. I hope for holders GRL recovers but I don't see it. good luck.
Yes - positive news. AIMSL, a major shareholder, putting their man on the board - to protect their increased investment.
Highly experienced individual who can only help to bring the company back on course, after the recent restructure. An RNS would be nice!
Very good news....

The problem with forecasts is the length of time they are valid. That’s the point I was making. As soon as the next piece of news comes out then surely that will have an effect on the company. The forecast value may go up as well as down. The case here is a lot of news has come out since the last forecast by analysts. I don’t know what the analysis would reveal if done now. I at no point have I said which way the price would go as I did indicate people need t get their calculator out.

Rover
Sorry to be painful but I can’t see where it says it’s 2 years ago the date of the report seems to be this month I am obviously missing something can you clarify for surprised when I saw it many thanks
The analyst analysis is over 2 years old and the company has issued numerous RNSs since then, each of which has a material effect on the company’s overall valuation. You could say some are positive and some negative, but all the same they have an influence. Positive items like drilling results, updates on resource estimates or negative things like stolen gold or dilution by a share placement. I just feel that posting old analysis is not currently helpful.
Hi Rover
Could you please validate your post as. Can’t see what you are stating
Many thanks
And maybe consider what has really changed - in the development of these old/former mines! Perhaps the POG?

Bill and Angela always owned that amount of shares, I hope you know Bill is now not Chairman and is off the board
because of the damage he caused to the Company, this situation is down to him, Angela has a very tasty past, do not cross her
On the other hand - I came across this shareholder list.
https://simplywall.st/stocks/gb/materials/aim-grl/goldstone-resources-shares/ownership?utm_source=share&utm_medium=native
This confirms (I think) that Angela List and Bill Trew own 38% of the company, between them!

Still pay interest in this - but no longer read the ins and outs of whats going on - but I am sure they can generate good income in the future - but still think they need huge-huge help at board level.
Still difficult to take statements serious when review against what was stated back on 13-May-2021:
"Planned gold production for the first eight months from commencement of mining now exceeds the Company's original guidance of 14,400 ounces per annum, stated in the Definitive Economic Plan ("DEP") announced on 19 June 2019. Accordingly, the Company expects to increase the planned production rate to around 50,000 ounces of gold per annum, which would represent an increase of more than 300% from the original production schedule. "
I think the word "expects" was unwise (as lost my confidence within a few months) - and maybe next time they just state they were hopeful to . . . . !!
I expect a conservative or labour victory at all the elections, I am hopeful for a Official Monster Raving Loony Party victory.
I do look forward to good news in the future - and hope their gold-room security is improved - they gonna need it if they gonna store 14,400 oz - which I am sure they will achieve but maybe not in the timeline suitable for some investors .
Its always good to see these companies become fruitful - just need patience.
IMO - this could well recover, in time. Both main mines produced gold in the past - mainly on an artisanal basis. And new technology will make its recovery easier. Trew, Paracale, AIMSL, List etc. - are experienced operators in the Ghanaian mining arena.
Glad it’s back . But it’s going to be a joy for the traders and newbies and not the long term
holders who got in when it went to 13-14 p . Sickened

Of 21 May 2024, that the Company has now received all funds in respect of its subscription to raise total gross proceeds of £834,000
They have to….there was £1m someone applied for in the original placing that they never committed to in the end and didn’t fund.
But…ITS ALIVVVEEE!
Who’s have thought there would be a final reprieve here, let’s see what happens now Bill is gone

Yes, in the past, gold was successfully mined from both sites - using artisanal methods. And recent geoscans etc. - have confirmed that very substantial amounts of gold remain in situ, underground.
Those invested, as well as those mining, know this business well - and have all the expertise to get things moving, now that the non-mine related difficulties have been rectified.
Early data and analysis will very soon shed more light on things, and give a detailed prognosis. For one - I've got my piggy banks to hand - in anticipation of a positive market reaction tomorrow.
History confirms the existence of gold - and new techniques need to be prudently used to extract it. Paracale are also in the background - highly experienced, like their principal Bill Trew.
Other shareholders (at least one connected to the CEO of GRL - Angela List) are detailed below. IMO, the technical ability, to achieve success, is undoubted - and the main players know each other very well!

Be interesting to see what happens. The opportunity to average down will present itself I suspect!!

So AIMSL are trying to protect their gold loan by stumping up more cash. At lease there is a bit of production but 230 Oz a month when Emma guided 28k Oz initially then 14k Oz and then lately 7K Oz makes her look stupid . If it keeps the lights on and gives the company a chance to lift production in the coming months then that is all shareholders can hope for . If they double production at this gold price then they should generate significant cash flow and the SP should reflect but need to build trust. Emma has proven untrustworthy so I do hope the new CEO is kicking her backside into shape .

I make the re list Friday
The Board believes that the Fundraise, in conjunction with the Group's ongoing revenues and creditor arrangements, provides sufficient working capital for continued operations, and accordingly intends to close the Fundraise on receipt of funds from AIMSL, expected by Thursday, 23 May 2024, subject to which Admission is expected to take place on 24 May 2024.
Well that was to be expected after the numerous delays. Were we ever told who the $1.2m was supposed to be coming from? At least they are generating some cash flow from operations, although I'm a bit concerned about the reference in today's RNS to the "Homase Mime"......
Where's Marcel Marceau when you need him?
See RNS....
Why not this Friday?
Following receipt of the AIMSL funds - and after Admission, expected 28th May, I believe.
When will suspension be lifted ?
