Mr Luthee,
You stated that ". . . a 1p prediction is premature - without significant more information. . . ",
viewpoints may be different, but the COMPANY itself took this 1p valuation earlier through the Subscription Price listed.
All good.....
ππ«
The time to call it a day, is when the company does. Not on your recommendation. On its knees or not, they're still breathing, and after all the recent fook ups, mismanagement, etc. I'll take take it !
A 1p prediction is premature - without significant more information.
Including (at least) the accounts and directors' subscriptions.
Very hard to gauge the market's reaction to the extraordinary events.
well it is better than a kick in the *******s as the old saying goes. huge dilution but the only practical way of saving the company . 1,900 ounces is not exciting but something ( where is the 5,000 contained in the leach pads π€·ββοΈ). fact is that we have a major investor overseeing things and will have assessed the project and they have decide to back it / give it a go . that provides optimism that production can get to a commercially viable level β¦ otherwise they would have been writing off their significant investment anyway. their terms and those of the directors , especially the warrants could be very lucrative and which ever way you look at it the incompetence has cost privets investors dearly. emma must be cheap as she should be down the road with mr trew imho !
very much still fingers crossed . audited accounts later today ?? got to get them filed in order to re-list and get this away.
re-listing will be circa 1p with a return to 3p if they get the production up within the next 6 months - my target
If it gets relisted . What will the SP be
Have to say I thought it was lights out for GRL or there was a coup to take it private. To get a raise away at all given the state of the business in this environment is nothing short of a miracle. Not overly disgusted at 1p either given a 50% discount isn't uncommon at the moment and been done by much stronger businesses. Dilution is a bit crippling but its better than losing the lot!
Employees and AIMS taking equity is a positive sign to some degree.
They have also been producing gold, which I would imagine has been done on a shoestring given the current situation...so they are doing something.
Bill gone has to be a positive. Angela List may now be able to salvage something here if the can get the operation moving whilst gold is at $2300. Another BS comment form Emma...I personally think she is a joke but it it what it is and she needs to pull her finger out and deliver.
A glimmer of hope here!
I might even try to make an appearance at the AGM π
I know an AGM is required but they already have enough vote for it to pass. ππππ
The good news is the lights are on a that they have actually produced enough gold to pay of the gold loan.
The director's subscription will come after accounts published and the directors subscription Iβd later today. My take is that they will give the exchange the accounts first thing for scrutiny. Once verified an account RNS followed by a suspension related RNS followed by the Director RNS.
Better than I was expecting. Had fully expected to right this off so to see them keeping the lights on is a great relief. Thought this would be another crooked AIM company being taken private. Looks like their is some fight and people trying to do the right thing.
Not going to be easy to turn this around but possibility there.
See under 'Directors Anticipated Participation' - more news is imminent. AIMSL are the main player now, taking more equity - as well as (some) directors.
I thought the lights were out here, someone just lit a candleβ¦.
I'm expecting one or two more updates this week.
At a minimum published accounts are required to relist as that was the reason for the original suspension (accounts overdue). I'm not sure reading and re-reading the RNS whether the accounts are to be published today?
following publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts in respect of the year to 31 December 2022 and interim results for the 6 months to 30 June 2023 (the "Accounts"), expected later today (the "Director Subscription").
bit ambiguous? Is the director subscription expected today or publication of the accounts and annual report? Or both?
Well with record gold highs this is not a bad time to salvage something here. I remain hopeful and will be averaging down as soon as back trading.
GLA.
... absolutely, I fully expect shareholder approval will be gained and we'll be back in business.
I didn't see any mention of when will we be relisted? Perhaps I'm blind?
Great News
We're back in business!!!
πππ« π
From the official company twitter feeds so should be legitimate. I do and don't agree, if it can be stated without a RNS, it's a good source of info. However it would be good to get a full operational update. Especially if operations are picking up.
I'm hoping all of this recent mess, was just down to poor cash flow management and horrible administration issues and that we can get back to production gold mining soon. Gold is sitting at record highs, this is not an opportunity any gold miner wants to miss.
I would not trust any random tweet.
This, however, is from the company, so has some legitimacy.
The company should provide a proper official update.
... is that trustworthy? Can it be verified and why hasn't it been RNS'd?
I don't know twitter so don't know how reliable it is.
Sorry meant to put the link in

New message says doubling gold production and that they are selling gold each month.
Please let us see some evidence.

Hi, If you look at the logical way this has turned out, Bill Trew who is a 25% shareholder is now out. What does that tell you?
The best thing that could happen is that someone buys all or part of his holding so he can get either watered down significantly or out completely. There are alleged things that have not been good. The other thing that would be good is if ACAM halves his awaited gold so it would show all major holders take a bit of pain to get the Company in the right position to move forward.
The future depends almost entirely of the actions of the principal shareholders. Through Paracale Gold - Bill Trew remains closely involved.
It will be the response of those companies that will most affect the post-suspension price - and, hopefully, the current gold price will have a bearing.
