Morningstar is wrong?
.... perhaps I should've mentioned that not only does Morningstar show that Ms. Angela Diala List holds 12.08%, it also shows that Nguvu Holdings hold another 12.02%. They appear to hold 59,920,660 shares each so why Angela has 0.06% more than Nguvu I have no idea...
Fish anyone?
That bit's easy -> Angela List is CEO of Nguvu Holdings Ltd and Nguvu Holdings Ltd (according to Goldstone shareholder analysis and recent RNS) are 11.9% shareholders in GRL. So she doesn't own them personally, but is a controller of said shareholding. Nothing fishy about that bit (plenty of other fishy business going on though!)
...Morningstar is showing that Ms. Angela Diala List holds 12.08%. Why does that not appear on Goldstone's own website? I thought this was a gold producing company but it smells fishy to me...
Link removed - wtf!!*

Significant number of major shareholders involved.
🤫🤔
Do a Google search for Blue Gold Holdings Limited listing on Nasdaq
Also, if you want to see how Blue Gold have been running their Ghana goldmine go a Google search future global resources operating Bogoso Prestea Gold mine
[LINK REMOVED]
WHY
Not quite accurate, Angela is very close to a certain person, on the whole it is better news than expected
Well that was a nice surprise to kick-off 2024, like many I had that sinking feeling of losing my money on yet another AIM gold stock and to be fair, from Bill's previous email reply to me he's come good and given GRL 6 months of breathing space and also other funding options are on the cards. From my understanding GRL can't delist the stock from AIM as part of the agreement terms so hopefully by end of Feb 2024 the accounts will be published and stock relisted:
'AIMSL is entitled to terminate the Standstill Agreement with immediate effect on the occurrence of certain events, including any breach by the Company of its obligations under the Standstill Agreement, where the Company's Ordinary Shares are delisted from the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange or any step is taken to effect such a de-listing, and/or where any insolvency proceeding has been commenced or applied for against the Company or its subsidiary GoldStone Akrokeri Ltd.'
Good luck all LTH's and let's hope the new operations management team can finally get some decent gold pours going within the next 6 month period - it's pathetic but I feel so grateful that I may not actually lose my money but let's see what happens but it sucks to be a pawn in this game of chess!
Yes - until they can sort the going concern issue out (i.e. funding) and publish the accounts
List - the new Chair (and current non-executive GRL director) is also intensely involved with Nguvu Mining. who are to procure the new management company for GRL!
Nguvu is also a major GRL shareholder. Difficult to read through the lines - but it seems Angela List may have won the powerplay. And then there's Paracale and Bill Trew.....

Morning all
Now maybe everyone can work out who the protagonist was.
Blue Gold International Limited, the saviour, has now changed its name to Future Global Resources Limited where it started when it took over the insolvent Bogoso Prestea gold mine in the Ashanti Gold Belt in Ghana. UK accounts show its insolvent and last ones were filed for period ended 29/06/21 and its latest ones are overdue by 9 months??
The website has also disappeared, even though the founders and directors claimed to be non executive- who was running this company and thus deciding to invest in our Goldstone?
Blue Gold or Future Global Resources have not had much joy running their goldmine- failed listing- [LINK REMOVED]
This never happened and currently this mine is being run appalling by Blue International Holdings Limited another company who fails to file FS. What are they hiding? [LINK REMOVED]
[LINK REMOVED]
Certainly Blue Gold or Future Resources are not better at running gold mines than Emma and Bill. However, here’s a new saviour- newly formed Blue Gold Holdings Limited is listing on the Nasdaq. It’s the same people running Future Global Resources and Blue International Holdings Limited- bringing Blue Gold’s mining expertise to the market. This new company has no assets so any raised cash will probably end up in Goldstone- [LINK REMOVED]
Shares and the listing will be saved and Goldstone can finally produce gold.
Will the SP remain suspended ?

AL - already with GRL for 6 years.....
(゜ロ゜)
Well there has been stay on execution! I had written this off but there are some signs of life. Hopefully some return for us long suffering investors if they can make this work operationally. A question of how much money is needed in view of gold produced. Has this now increased?
... That's one hell of a kick down the road for this can. 6 months? Will we be able to get there & kick it again at the end of June?
An operational update will help paint a fuller picture. Hopefully be along soon.
Good news overall - with the largest shareholder (and lender) remaining supportive.
And the well connected, respected and experienced List becoming Chair!
(;´_ゝ`)
To me it now now sounds like a sale of company to pay off its debts. Results not issued by year end so can formally delist from AIM exchange. Will lead to orderly sale. Can only hope mine production has increased for some serious offers. Otherwise another case of debt being paid off and little else.
Am I sensing a mood of optimism that this could come good or at least has a chance . ?
I am in it as it’s suspended and I have no choice .. I always believed but have been tested to the limit .
On one of the other boards … there has been some nasty things said about Emma’s sexuality . Thats not good for grown up men who put their money in voluntarily . Win with class . Lose with Class is what I say
I won’t be happy if this goes down but will of learnt my lessons on investing .
I've written this off but hope to wrong. The hope is that the lights are still on and mining progressing. informal agreement in place providing gold to settle debt. All speculation on my part. Just as much chance getting a RNS to confirm assets taken over. Let's go into the new year with hope.
… beware the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’, for it may be an oncoming train…
…yes no RNS this morning, so still in the dark, not light at the end of the tunnel.
The uncertainty continues!
... yes they're certainly leaving this until the last moment, but I believe that what will happen has been carefully engineered from the start. Such a shame they are better 'engineers' than gold producers...
... the lights were extinguished long ago, which is probably why we haven't seen the light...
Seasons greetings to all
