Where is Jamie? .....is using another avatar today
I see why .... the shares are down today
If it goes to zero, I’ll buy every share. 👍
🥱🥱😂
🤡 on this board.
Still going down! Going to zero probably.
We gave Havieron away for free, now we might have the priviledge of having to buy it back. And the point of it all was?
What next?
Everything is going UP the next move is DOWN
YES, that was on the lines that some of you were trying to make fun of,
"Nothing goes up in a straight line"
Why do we say "He who laughs last laughs best"
Time for daz to vanish
He’ll be in good company with all the other stains in the green bins
Mh01, dont help him get out of that little negative hole his mates helped him dig.
Lucky that GGP has accountants employed.
Everyone that is not baffled by your nonsense knows we have a draw down facility on tap, we have other funding secured, newmont have to pay for the decline until its sold, the ore is a few hundred metres away at most, the water seems to be a non issue as we were told previously.
why still so desperate to try and create negativity?
Now the lca fears have been quashed, it will be nice when the deal is done and we can moved forward rapidly! I fully expect the sp to follow suit.
31st. December.
Closing cash position of £12.7 million (30 June 2023: £31.1 million)
Closing debt balance of £41.1 million (30 June 2023: £41.5 million)

Thanks pal make sense, let's hope they have the pockets to match the I expect competitive bidders.
Daz, GGP do not have to make an offer for Havieron, only match the highest bidder if there is one. For Telfer it is not the same unless NEM include Telfer in the same package so then we also have last refusal as they cannot split between the 2 projects. DM
Daz - you keep overlooking the n in ‘an example’ so not sure your DD will be up to much and why use Rio as an example if it’s a poor example anyway?
No more responses from me - you’re in the greenbin.
Agreed Ace - why should we waste our time in explanations to those who do not want to listen?
Sure
I appreciate the warning I am well versed in my DD.
thx
Best not do your due diligence here Daz, better to go to company websites/read RNS’s and watch interviews.
I have decided to buy Telfer for $1.00 ,I will process the Havierion ore but will charge the owner 80%
Will you consider 50/50 😁 - genuine ? from a genuine purchaser.
I have decided to buy Telfer for $1.00 ,I will process the Havierion ore but will charge the owner 80% of there profit to do so if they don't like it they can spend 3 years getting planning petition and the necessary regulatory approvals and then build a brand new processing plant for about a billion dollars plus. In the time this all takes Telfer will be shut down bankrupt and the Australian government can foot the bill for the clean up , Newmont will then have to answer the question why did you not just make a deal with GGP for the 70% and Telfer .
Ace
What on earth are you on about. I am asking sensible questions and stated I am bullish.
Some proper odd people on BBs.
I'm here for discussion and just to fast track abit of information I would like.
Red - Are you just trying to be contrary for some attention?
Looks like you have "dazzle by name, dazzle by nature" measure. Looks like we have a tag team going with BFD.
Straight in the bin for you DAZ. Too long in the tooth to put up with fools like you.
Its great to have this situation where Newmont are not selling but still contributing 70% of Havieron development cost. They clearly want to offload Telfer liability but all prospective buyers are likely not interested as they know what this cost would be and are wary in the current climate.
So Newmont will not only have to offer 70% Havieron stake but will also need to consider also paying off a proportion of Telfer decommissioning cost. Perhaps there's an opportunity to obtain 70% Havieron, Get X% paid for by Newmont and obtaining some incentive from the Australian Government on environmental grounds. There's little point decommissioning Telfer to build a new equivalent which would be an incredible waste and a PR nightmare. The only logical way is sell both together and reduce the liability for all concerned. This could attract offers from elsewhere but untill then cheers for the 70% cost contribution Newmont! If you happen to want to do some more free Geo scanning work for us again please fill your boots too.
Pepper, Because I was replying to an inflated offer, which would inflate our 30%.
I think ‘eye-watering amount’ is a phrase he used at a town hall once upon a time. It makes you wonder what it may be, a figure which posters don’t relate to Newmont’s 70%?
Just my two penn’oth but think that figure of 207m for restoration & reclamation is way too low. Have a look on Google maps, it’s a big job. You might get a few bob back for plant, vehicles @ buildings etc but not much.
