Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin" or "the Company") is very pleased to announce that the Chinese Ministry of Land and Resources ("MLR") has granted a new mining licence to Griffin's subsidiary, the Hebei Hua Ao Mining Industry Company Ltd ("Hua Ao"), to mine below the 1300 level at its Caijiaying zinc-gold mine in the People's Republic of China. The mining licence runs for a period of 16 years until January, 2026. Griffin's Chairman, Mladen Ninkov, commented: "Although a long time in the coming, the issue of the new mining licence at Caijiaying is very welcome as it allows the mining of Caijiaying to be guaranteed for the currently known mine life at zone III at a production level optimized by the Company. This is extraordinarily good news for all the shareholders of the Company. I congratulate all the Chinese and ex-pat staff who made this milestone possible." Further information

I bet our chinese friends don;t play the game and **** up the application again in feb. Sorry but i don't trust the little ******S an inch
be honest chaps if you were a company trying to make money would you keep all your money here ?? i really think this will hit £1 by the end of the year but thats a long time to wait for some company's good luck juggler
If blackrock "knows something" and is in fact accurate does this constitute a form of insider trading?
yes got an e mail alert on this but dont blame them this share hasn t moved much they probably see more movement elsewhere anyway they haven't sold up just moving on to something else .
http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201001141800555993F May explain small dip. I think it is a bad move on their part. ATB
nice to see this waking up with some buys this morning. doing well in vgm to so looking better today!
just topped up and it looks like more are doing the same ! good luck everyone lets have that update soon !!
That shouldn’t be too long now, and if it goes through this time, without a hitch, that must surely boost the SP
totally agree with your buy recommendation might top up just getting frustrated been in this for long time good luck
The sell off is due most likely to the Chinese government ordering the banks to hold bigger reserves to dampen the bubble .the result means less use of materials and resources so all mining shares hit. yeaterday and again today, but Griffin are still a buy .
any ideas as to why this has been sold so heavily in last few days ? could someone already know the outcome of the license application ??
dont know but lots of big sells here so could do with these being buys ha good !!
Are the "unknown" buys or sells ? Or as it says on the tin UNKNOWN?
