LTH India are Pro nationalism when it comes to foreign investment. Let’s hope either ICMR or WHO drop this week?
Clark- I don't think this is at all political.
Agreed India need the tests more than we do anyway.
LTH
Hopeful that the DIVOC lab going live is seen as political nudge to get any and all testing facilities processing at speed.
Sadly the situation in India is dire!
Clark-I think that GDR have the very best of intentions and know that there products will have the greater benefits in countries where there are even larger death tolls than the UK. I think the protocols and legislation in the UK is often a preventative and when the tests are rolled out and are seen to be making a difference then officials here may start to be interested. Why else work with partners that can roll out the volumes faster....I know from experience that EU laws are often a MASSIVE challenge to navigate...
Wait until after the 31st January and begin to see where Boris will come into his own-Here's preying so at any rate!
Also agree on that India front - expect might be too much for some if India news doesn’t land this week.
Let’s hope GDR haven’t underestimated Nationalism as awarding bodies don’t seem to be prioritising?
India approvals next week or Ill sell up and join the circus (government).........
Take your point Rookie - but my use of imminent (if that’s part of your reference) is in relation to India approval, and I personally feel things have changed materially in past few weeks:
- DIVOC gets lab approval from regulatory body in India
- KK tweets they are on the cusp of processing 1st sample Covid tests...
- GDR major shareholder and ex CFO congratulates KK on achievement and wishes “good luck getting the kit and schedules up and running”

I am sure we all want sp to rocket up...but so much hype around is doing no one any favour! like using imminently...this word has been around for weeks now! nothing has materialised !!!
Just seen the news... 9600 new cases, highest level since start of May..seen clip of Dom Rabb yesterday saying lots of false positives on testing and only about 7% are correct!?? How sh ite is that..where are they getting these tests from...China???
This Moonshot Bol lox BoJo is on about hasn't got a chance in hell of getting off the ground..new test & trace won't work either.. 2 uni blocks in Manchester gone into lockdown and there's a run on bog roll..bleach and Pasta again... Got a feeling this Christmas is going to be the strangest one in years..at least the SP should keep us happy!
3 happy thoughts:
- India approvals imminent (1st major sales will accompany - expect £1m preorder subsidised by GHIF)
- PCR mass swab automation a ‘go’ pending lab evaluation (being setup)
- PCR mass SALIVA automation progressing
It’s all vegan gravy boys & gals.

Today's news was lackluster. Approvals couldn't come sooner... Then onto the next stage, approvals will derisk this share quite a bit then steady sales will completely finish the picture. 5 more weeks come on!
Well said St, have a great weekend
So much awesome news in the pipeline, if you can't see that sell up, move on and take your Muppet self to other BBs. Or stay here, be patient,be positive...GDR WILL Deliver.
Yes, we all know the world and UK need test's. Unfortunately GDR can't deliver..... Why?
That's anybodys guess....
GDR can't supply anything to anyone it's really as simple that.

2.4m vol - PEEL smashing bid all day, lots of round chunky sells and lots of delayed large sells from yesterday just printed.
Expect InterTrader out early next week, end at latest.
Still destined for big things - narrative unchanged.
