It this hits £2.20 I’ll be dancing like an old Uncle at a wedding.
Lol.
2.20 think alot of us will be shocked if this hits anywhere near there TBH.
We = 'My Wife and I' !!
"We took up the Majority of our OO Shares today."
MrBigAl, Who is "we"?
"According to simply wall street a fair value is £2.20"
According to rampers the SP should be at least £4.
The CEO of GDR has consistently shown that rampers are the biggest fools. You could say its the only thing Mr Budd is good at, exposing rampers for being dreamers and not successful investors. Nevermind, GLA.
For anyone wanting to buy on the open market I just purchased a load to average down @ 24.75p with HL.
Get your point ref - the tax BigAl.

Well said ThePunter1, I actually enjoy and learn from some of the regular posters on here....looking forward to the 'gdr barge' turning around this price bashing soon!

Why would anyone invest more in a company who’s one and only PCR covid strategy failed to gain any worthwhile sales. Budd hasn’t even had the balls to come out and give an update on the future .. this is not a company with a plan just an ad hoc Peicemeal approach to all but product development .. IMHO
Bit stupid to take the o0. Cheaper too buy now
Where’s the good time ahead for all shareholders waffle you always use to say?
Have some shame and admit you knew absolutely nothing even though you expected us to make 75 million a year through the pcr tests alone
We took up the Majority of our OO Shares today.
The only reason we did not take up all of our Open Offer Shares is because we did not want to pay any of our Tax paid cash into our taxable SIPP, decided this confuses matters slightly.
We are with Interactive Investor, and they close applications at 11:59pm today.
We decided we wanted our money to go to GDR, to develop our Products further, rather than go to the Open Market, and we believe in GDR's future !! This is Our Decision, and in part, our Conclusion !!
We wish All GDR Investors the Very Best in which ever decision you make !!
longtermholder14 : by definition everyone has his own agenda, including yourself. Unless you're a bot.
And which "right reasons" are you talking about ? This should be a board for the private investors, not for the company shills of your kind.
"Too many on here with their own agendas. This should be a board that supports the Company. We all know that it is on the cusp of a wave. The future is indeed bright
If you are not here for the right reasons please clear off and the sooner the better..."
Lth14 you are the only person on here who still has an agenda. Everybody else now raises fair and objective points.
Yes, when the OO closes, then no more chance to buy at 25p, only what is on the market. I am with HL, dead line to participate is Friday 24/09 noon, which is tomorrow.
The market makers worked to move it to the placing price from 40, they opened it at the placing price immediately when the news came out. They’ll let it shoot up again in a flash soon, once they have their shares.

I used to support the board and looked for the positives in the absence of the company and its OR providing the same. I was wrong on all counts. Now I need results to drive my positivity not just good thoughts.
I'll leave when I have my cash back and the board is renewed.
MM's working hard to keep this above placing price.

I'm in it for profit too just close to home for me aihl, but totally agree we need some 'beeping' sales and gdr need to make this the last fund raise and deliver products ready for service with decent sales ASAP!
Surfer i agree the aihl will be good fotr babies, but i give to charaties to help the likes of that.
Iinvest /trade to make money !
Db is un investable.soon as the small rise to let his mates exit happens ,il exit aswell.
He reminds me of andrew bell from rrr hes done f all for the company in 12 years apart from pay himself a salary
I'm doing the same when possible ie buying on the open market at 25p as my average is 75p. Makes me cringe to think I barely took anything off the table when we were flying high but again, like you, lesson learned. I really don't think DB and other Directors would be willing to just throw money out of the window by buying into this placing, even if only relatively small amounts for them. I now daren't put too much more in just in case it really goes t.ts up from here but I can't believe DB and the BODs have got themselves into such terrible trouble that they haven't got a half decent back up plan... Or is that wishful thinking? Back to anything like 50p by Christmas and I'll be out like a shot and bear the losses (and scars).
Well after being a shareholder in gdr for over 15 months I took the painful decision to topup today at exactly 25p to get my horrible high average price down to 61p which still sucks! Like many I wish I had de-risked and sold half when we were flying around £1.50, a good lesson to myself. My reason for the topup is aihl as the recent product tweaks requested by nhs seem genuine and it really will make a difference to many babies and parents lives and I think the start of decent income for gdr. I'm in this for another year as realistically I think we will be closer to £1+ in next 6months or so. Good luck all long term holders and I'm going to stop checking the price for a view weeks to avoid some short term disappointments.. .
