Dear all,
We were really pleased to have Goldplat CEO Werner Klingenberg presenting live on last night's Webinar. He went through the business in detail and and answered quite a number of questions from ourselves and investors. He was making the case for being considered a Mining Services business, which seems a reasonable description. Please view here: https://youtu.be/3AvvXvW1R8M

We continue to be impressed by the steady growth profile of
Goldplat. Consistent profit, constant additions to the plants to increase
operational flexibility, a carefully taken decision on reprocessing its own tailings
dump (capital allocation vs returns), and finding new sources of material to keep
the plants full. Goldplat is a unique company, with a series of hard to replicate
precious metal recovery circuits from the waste produced as a by-product of
mining – not your typical tails but the other ancillary wastes which are proven to
contain precious metals. We continue to see fair value at 18.7p/sh and will look
to revise that after publication of the annual results for FY 2022 which Goldplat
intends to achieve at the beginning of December 2022.
buying more myself
dip bought like crazy, big buyer still moving up his bid, weak holders flushed out this is very bullish price action
All OK by me but if this drops any further may have to add a few? Not a time for selling.
Cash fallen from £3.67m to £2.9m in 1st Qtr.
Lots of future capital commitments on the remaining £2.9m.
The headline operating profit of £1.94m for the 1st Qtr , slightly misleading at first glance.
Still jam tomorrow, but hopefully will be in a better and more sustainable state with all the cash being spent.

Werner Klingenberg, CEO of Goldplat commented: "I am pleased to announce the progress we have made in achieving our key strategic deliverables, generating continued profitability from the processing of previously mined gold and PGM materials, increased visibility of future earnings through increasing our resources and forming strategic relationships with other key industry participants, finding a final deposition site and processing plant for our existing TSF and getting approval for the construction of a new TSF.
We continue to invest time into identifying different methods of processing materials containing various elements in environmentally friendlier methods to become a key service provider to the mining industry to beneficiate, process and dispose of their by-products and waste.
Well done to holders from the 6p days when this was taking some pelters.
Looking strong now.
Added today and yesterday from a certain cinema stock! Buy CINE at 6p, sell at nearly 9p and buy this!
Finally!
With operating profits of GBP8mil p.a. and tailings worth at least our current market cap, I would say 30p by Xmas...
Coming!
20p by Christmas.

That was a big boy that went through this afternoon.
Maybe something positive is about to happen with the funds they say they are going to return to shareholders?
Going on here today!
Anyone else a bit underwhelmed by this? I’d hoped we’d be moving on from his days and really pushing for growth. Ho hum, need to look at this through different eyes I guess
Outperforming nearly all others in sector this year. Tightly held stock with steady low capital cost growth strategies and better still exposure to PGM tailings (note SLPs share price 2012/13 at 5-6p compared to recent highs of more than £1.20).
With a bit of good fortune we will soon see an uptick in commodity prices as the USD begins to weaken
