that is tempting!!
someones confident enough to buy 100k....cheap as chips though i must say. once the Mob order comes should see this move up again surely...
He actually is asked about funding for GDG specifically where he states he will not look at equity fund raising but has options of RBL's or project financing. This is what would pay for the drilling so GDL can expect cash payment. He then says that they may consider equity funding for the subsidiaries if required, considering we have just been provided with a loan for immediate cash requirements and also the confirmation of ONGC contract which will shortly bring roughly $5m a year I would doubt that equity fund raising will be required. RG owns 60% of the shares so why would he dilute his own holding? All this needs is time, the GDG contract and some positive end of year results... Maybe next year but looks and sounds like definitely EOY 2018 will be transformational (from present position) anyway...
Mr Chow , suggest you listen to this again he makes it very clear that payment to GDG subsiduary will be equity. green dragon just do not have the cash to fund this programme. I will continue to sit on the sidelines for both of RG companies as his idea of transformational is way different to mine. i need to see something more than him in a video well past time he walked the walk.
If you listen to the interview with RG on green dragon gas twitter page. It say he's going to spend £116mil on lafbric well Over the next 18months. Now that would send the share price up when that lands.
My timing may not have been great but I have done my research. Forget about the past I like the current rns including talk of other contracts. Sp near all time low. I don't see much downside from here.
DYOR70 I see you are invested in PERE, looking forward to mid July
The spread is never as bad as it looks on here but usually pretty bad due to such low volume... A lot of sleeping dogs holding from the good old days who will not sell at these prices and know that just 2 decent contracts and we will again get above 10p. I have bought recently at 2.85 and happy to see that stay put for a few years, average down is a good plan - below 3p shouldnt be too difficult an average to get to and fair value. Expect a minimum 18month hold and up to 3 years to get a decent return but it should come eventually... Cant help but smile at the oxymoron that is your LSE handle and your ill researched purchase here... GL
in new to this share but it seems bizarre that the spread is constantly changing.its just increased again. Any idea why?
And yes I'm one of those who bought in at 4.50. I'm still kicking myself!
That's the way to lose money. I'm going to be a verging down if I can
Looks like everyone that bought in on Friday looking for a quick buck is selling off over the last few days
I with you on that one Roobans, if it stays like this till July I will be buying g a lot more of these
Sub 3p seems reasonable for now but the potential is there for a multibag in a very short period of time subject to getting the contracts and mobilisation news...
No problems, I bought in at what I though was as low as it would go, this share frustrates me, but not as much as PVR, where no matter what good news it sits stagnant.
Yes don, I'm not picking at you, was just curious what price u bought in at. I think this could hit 10p by year end as long as the contracts come in from GDG
MrChow69, I bought in at 2.88, so id say slightly singed but its a small holding, I dont invest what I cannot afford to lose. Does that answer your questions sufficiently?
Donlechalks have you had ur fingers burnt? What price did you buy in at?
Why would they be doing this? Been burned?
As usual, the spread is artificially high here. I can sell at 2.01 and buy at 2.45 with SC this morning.
What funding f458?
Unless I am mistaken, this is the start of the $15M of funds being given. It could mean we will have a larger stake holder that would control majority shares here. Which can only be good news, no more placings as funds are available for the next 3 years. Liquid stock will be very hard to buy, I suggest keep on to your shares as the SP will move 5p plus very shortly. Given $15M that large buy close of day affirms good news on its way. I would see MC £18-£25M to re-rate
