Good start up 20 percent this morning
You havenโt seen the SECOND RNS then ๐
Very sneaky with the second RNS.. But this is great news for the company. Will eyes on before jumping back in.
Small private investors were ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌagain,FIRST RNS raised the SP by 30% for the second RNS TO SELL INTO disgusting ๐
Why would they do that? Lombard that is? Why not issue warrant in a week or so? Everyone new it was coming but timing a bit S.H.I.T!
Exercise the warrants at 40p and sell into the spike at 50p+. Standard MO for the UK marketโฆ
Second RNS is very cheeky of them
They could still sell into the market then raise warrants later? Controlling the price & stopping us private investors from selling shares at a higher price! IMO.
I hope that Lombard are privy to early news & following fda news the US deal will be released very soon! Maybe the reason for the warrants!
Well done Barder and team. Credit where it is due and they have dug in and delivered. If you are a trader you are probably miffed at the timing of the warrant exercise if you managed to secure some in the first 30 minutes. This cash injection stops those same traders suggesting a cash raise in the weeks to come so thatโs why they donโt like it. To make proper money here you wait for the funds to start buying in now that we have a huge market opportunity ahead of us. Sales figures will whet the markets appetite and if you have followed the story for a few years it would be folly, IMO, to sell now when you have absorbed most of the risk. Exciting times ahead.
Agree, well done to James Barder and team for getting the FDA approval and congratulations to my fellow long term FUMSTERS!!
I always think FDA approval is a curse or a sell signal. At least take a few off the table on the strength. I mean when Agl got theirs it hit 163p and is now 17p, Polx got theirs and got close to 100p, now in the 20's, it's not a slam dunk as it used to be hence why I do not chase the spike, good luck to holders
Not forgetting STX as well.
No one wants to hear that Davey! However am I the only one who is dissapointed in this mornings rise? I/we have waited months for this approval and it rose by a miserable 30(ish)% prior to being hit by the second RNS. I was expecting the S.P. to double not go up a mere 30%? Now there is more waiting for the big thing whatever that might be. Dissapointed.
Surfie, I'm with you on this. Was hopping for a much bigger spike, guessing the second RNS put a damper on the uptick.
Guessing Lombard will come out with another RNS soon as they'll have increased the % of shares.
Be nice for a quick commercilastion deal to help underpin the FDA news....
Yes i also expected a much bigger rise tbh after such a long wait . The market is a funny ol thing and expected the rise to be larger than the EU approval. However on the plus side at least we have the approval now for commercialisation bidding allowed to fully take place in the US and we could all have been in a different position this morning had they not got the approval so i like to see the positives . My strategy has always been a long term view and i am her to stay as the company builds momentum globally
Hold for 5 years... This is a Marathon not a sprint. The gel is so much better than pills for health reasons. Also it work faster. Just think about how many people have sex everyday. ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐
5 year hold my friend.. minimum. This will do Multibagz....
This is a long hold.. 5 years Plus . Know your business you Trade in..
Abc - I have been holding for 5 years so do I need to hold for another 5 years.
It is great we've got the FDA approval and things are moving forward. But I really don't want to be in this for another 5 years. Hence my disappointment that we didn't get a bigger raise. But will continue to hold for the foreseeable...just not 5 years lol
What % return... not my business but if it's enough then do whatever you feel is best But I believe in this one.bItll be a new fashion and because it's a Gel it can be manufactured easily and I think will explode. Someone will buy them out for a massive offer or something else that's exciting ..
Surfie. Everybody is clued up these days. People know in anything now that shoots up you have to sell because it's become a day traders market, stocks are popular for 1-2 days then they go quiet and you have a good chance to buyback the stock you sold on the spike for perhaps 20-30% cheaper, of course holders will be well aware too of other FDA approval stocks spiking then drifting back big style so they take profits along with the traders so no rise is sustained, awful market being killed by traders, the worst thing you can do if a holder is slice a few then you have a base, say you sell 20% for 52p, if it goes to 60-65p you still hold 80% happy days but if it drops back to 40-45p you have the option to buyback the ones you sold and bank some nice cash.
