It’s a possibility that this could be referring to the arbitration decision but if you take the paragraph and previous in context where it talks of Frr it suggests to me anyway the US has been concerned about the treatment of US companies in general and that it’s in the GG economic interest to tow the line
Keysersoze: you make a very good point. It would indeed be difficult for the shareholders to be screwed given the US open support.
But, I am with Gipps that it is worrying in terms of it says that we have been treated badly. Hopefully the letter generates a positive response and is not too late.
Great sleuthing guys and thanks for sharing.

The USA will to lay sanctions down in a way on behalf of Frr, is without doubt something not many companies would get.
Let's remain balanced but I agree US government on our side is big backing.
However, if zaza does win his way, I see very low chance now of us being shafted unless GG attach different conditions.
Let's be honest, the Arbitration isn't over as some had suspected or we've been dealt a very bad card. This wasn't just a simple bump in the road - Levan CV may suggest otherwise as some interpreted, but GOGC are remain very difficult in a fair deal.
Georgia may go half way, make political reforms but pull the license. The decision on license mu st be imminent end of Jan Zaza suspects.
Perfect reading for certain traders who indulge in
negativity. "Some madmen have a general plan that
goes like this. If A becomes more successful ,A could be
a menace to me and ???? " Have a nice day!
I picked up a booklet yesterday
"The way to happiness". Not 10 commandments
but 21 x advice. The last one was . Flourish and Prosper.
"By ridicule and many other means, another who is evil
intentioned toward one can try to bring about one's decline, etc."
Quantifiably or unquantifiably
Funny?
I'm at a loss to work it out.
An unquantifiable loss!!
Well it was a nice and peaceful day until the Rat arrived!
Keep smiling.

Let's just move on, but I've taken on board what you guys have said. I'm not here to fall out let's just see what we can dig up and hopefully this baby will come home GLA
PJOHN: Indeed; I am sure I am not alone in appreciating the fact you have worked hard today to make a constructive contribution to the board.

Good man Madpunter, I'm glad I sort of helped lol
PJOHN - You did help me notice BP's reserves while sleuthing the reply to your mistake lol.
Alright sherlock!
Mad you got anything for us to whip us up over the weekend
https://www.azernews.az/oil_and_gas/160503.html
Look at our field potential!
PJOHN - No BP has spent $4bn in Georgia (see text below copied from the first link below). BP has spent $100bn on community initiative projects and social development projects, since it arrived in Georgia (see text copied below from the first link below). BP is operating in 78 countries (see second link below), therefore IMHO the $100bn spent since the time BP arrived in Georgia over 20 years ago (see text copied below from the first link below), is the total spent in those countries on those types of projects.
'To date, BP has invested $4 billion in Georgia'
'“BP came to Georgia over 20 years ago'
'“BP has spent $100 billion since it arrived in Georgia on community initiative projects and social development projects'

Well done PJOHN . Thanks for sharing. They will need $30 billion minimum just for the gas or some kind of share swap.
BP HAVE SPENT 100 BILLION IN GEORGIA SO FAR ON PROJECTS. WHAT'S ANOTHER 1 TO 2 BILLION PLUS ON A HYDROCARBONS FIELD!!!
Well done Pjohn, can't argue about your contributions today.
