Madpunter I hope you are right in your estimation of oil pumped out the one question I have is that they only had limited storage capacity on site which would mean they had to transport the oil somewhere else unless they have increased capacity on site since Zaza said that I think in one of the shareholders get togethers. Where is the infrastructure to handle the increased capacity?.
I also take it as a good sign that we have had no update from the Caymans court or the California ref SN being sued for the $2m so maybe they are as you say working on "When FRR pay the liquidators and Mourant"
GLA LTH.
Well you should have done Arsenal!!!!
LMOA
Tsbs
I am sure/hope you know that I do not include you on previous.
No problem
Without doubt there are a few that best to not see the crap they can come me up with.
Thanks MadP, I get where you are coming from now.
Good luck to us all!
Thanks Arsenal for the info
CF73 - When FRR pay the liquidators and Mourant, the case against SH/O in California if it went to trial would result in either a win for SH/O or for FRR, as the Texas case is nullified. The former would cost FRR court costs and the latter would cost SH/O court costs and possibly $56m (the jury could even increase the amount). If SH/O loses the case or even if he wins on a technicality and enough information surfaces from the discovery, the SEC could then prosecute. This could result in a possible custodial sentence. Therefore, it is not in his interests for the matter to get to this point. Also, there's the smoking gun from the possible links with the YA CRS (Civil Regulatory Settlement).
is fortunate if FRR does not return to London where it became a toy for big boys.
The daily circus of traders trying to load, offload and float around with too much talk
which is not sound. Thank's for the few who help our dream come true.
IMO If Frr relist anywhere it is in US. Can't see ZM/SN interested in LSE.
Given trumps comments on the middle east now being a lost cause invites debate on whether there is political awareness involved in the Caucasus. Saudi Arabia is currently 2nd with 266,455 million barrels, but 19bn barrels puts Georgia next in line to Qatar (https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/the-world-s-largest-oil-reserves-by-country.html)
I am not surprised to see this megalomaniac behaviour from him, but something must be driving his decision making. He really hasn't got the intelligence to work these things out for himself. I am still of the view that strong politics are at play here behind the scenes and Frontera is merely a pawn in the process, Hope a minor irritation, which we are watching play out.
Whether it re-lists on LSE is the big question as if that does happen I think many people will become quite wealthy, particularly if Madpunters numbers are anywhere close to reality.
Thanks Madp, I was struggling to figure where 30 tcf figured with 202tcf, you have explained, cheers.
Chris572 - Oil reserves denote the amount of crude oil that can be technically recovered at a cost that is financially feasible at the present price of oil.[1] Hence reserves will change with the price, unlike oil resources, which include all oil that can be technically recovered at any price. That is why my earlier valuations were 1 - 3% of the in ground value and now for the reserves are 5 - 10% of the in ground value. Therefore, if more of the reserves are P1 the figure will be nearer 10% and if more are P3 then nearer 5%. This is a huge amount of reserve, 19.1+ billion barrels of oil equivalent, which will place Georgia 15th in the world list of the largest reserves (see bottom link below).

MadP, just a quick question; earlier in this thread, you said;
" The ADR then becomes about how much FRR gets from SH/O..."
At best, the case hasn't been clear cut in terms of judicial/court interpetations; at worst, it has tended to go against us a bit - even though many of us (me included) believe that there is a genuine case for Hope/OMF to answer for. What makes you believe this is not just a case of settling the matter reasonably so that everyone can get on with their work/ lives? I ask as your comment suggests that we are in a very strong position but to it doesn't seem that obvious (though I believe we have secured Block 12 otherwise we would know)...
Some of the calcs are mind blowing. If there's a buyout close to a£1 per share , then looking at buyout at multipule $$$billions$$$ -- if that were the case and it happened, then many folks will be wishing they had more locked in here...
Once ADR done, maximum 6 weeks to wait, we can begin to try to understand whatever outcome.
you are a spread better and not an investor. Spread betting is the crack cocaine of gambling.
It should not exist. This addictive and dangerous activity turns into a nightmare when something unexpected happens.
Spread betting is for Pros as is the AIM Market. For both one needs a TRADING License and anybody without should take
legal action for negligence. Claim is the name of the Game . Financial Ombudsman Service can't cope which means
Investors have to unite and start a Private Investor's REVOLUTION> I am getting ready. If FRR goes I shall hunt them down
for I am not a clown .
I had to remortgage the house as share price collapsed & am left with the debt - some in here are saying if the company is sold (& not relisted) we longs get nothing back - that’s not my understanding but I’m waiting for confirmation - longs even get dividends if/when they are paid...
How do longs lose if the company is bought out? Never really nderstood shorts and longs.
I have a long spread bet with IG & currently awaiting a reply but my last conversation stipulated there would be no payouts (either way) until the company folds, relists or is sold - they can’t close positions until they have a definitive share price to close... I hope that’s right coz I’m sick of this mess & it would be so unfair for the shorts to win!
Best post I read from you in a long time AJames
I've had him on filter from about the first week he started posting...
You'll find it helpfully prepopulates with inherit2million ;)
Press filter just above, type in name & press filter chat underneath.
How do you filter people on here?
I am fighting on all fronts for what is wrong not right. I watch and learn and pounce
when the time is right. FRR is on my hit list . Pumpers, dumpers, fake news experts, liars,
thugs, idiots, etc. I had no idea that AIM is a GAME for PRO TRADERS and wonder about their
private life for how can they sleep at night ?
Next Door Neighbours want privacy. They love hedges that grow higher and higher and overshadow the House next door.
That is unacceptable but property Experts find a way to squeeze out the weak. Money has power. AIM is the SAME.
Light pollution is another trick used to knock out the WEAK and when the WEAK fight back and communication breaks down there is war. Politicians are a tool in this game. The RICH grab and demand and expand. Ruthlessness causes STRESS. Stress kills. Not me.
