Genuine offer though, happy to buy you a beer if you can nudge it down a bit. Even at this price I think it's worth a little toe - dip.
Sorry, Sam. Which is it? Do you think it will fall to 20, or mid 20's?
I don’t think it will drop to 20 but will be in 20’s
Listen Sam, if you can get the SP down to 20p by next Tuesday, I will happily buy you a pint of your favorite tipple. Just after I buy some Flybe shares.
We will see !!!
You don't actually have a clue what your talking about and its been shown time and again. Yesterday claiming cash burn is high when they are making a profit. AND as i pointed out yesterday -which you declined to counter- that reduced profit was down to one off costs. With the fleet reductions there is still lots to play for and profitability will increase.
how many profit warning have flybe had during past two years answer 4 that’s one fact you can’t argue with.
Rejection you sold out yesterday after another profit warning so why you still following this negative story of flybe.
Ah, you must be a genius and sold all your shares before said demise. Are you buying back in when we get to 2020?
I am just proving a point AGAIN that I am right I have taken loads of abuse over the past few years but all along I have been correctly predicted Flybe’s demise to these low levels.
Sam, what are you actually trying to achieve here? What is your agenda?
Another -5% today and getting closer to my prediction of 20’s i got lots of stick and abuse for suggesting these low levels but now seems very likely in the coming days taking the market cap below 70million.
It's pretty straightforward maths tbh, but there's not a lot of point comparing EPS ratios in the sector, as the business plan for flybe is almost entirely different to other sector players. Btw, basic maths or not, don't be expecting an answer from sacked Sam...he can't even I read an RNS let alone do long division! Although he's a dab hand at 'loosing life chsnging amounts of monee'!!
So the adjusted first-half pre-tax profits would now be in the range of 5m to 10m, down from the previous estimate of 15m. Does anybody know hat that gives to the EPS and PE ratio?
Tay they can deramp and use as many alias...this will go back up to its value...lets see whats in store in November :-)
RE: I've been reading through this and other shares before I signed up and started posting on lse.
Daytrader, sadly I am familiar with Sambailey's rants. I've been using LSE to click through this and other shares that I hold/am interested in, and have yet to read a positive post here. Pinch of salt springs to mind. Don't get me wrong, I've held some right dogs and I've become smart enough to learn that sometimes you've got to cut your losses and move on. Sam appears not to have worked that much out yet, if indeed this share is such a mutt.
Seriously how can you even say it’s in great shape it’s lost 75% of its value in under two years. Think about it
River Trent...ignore Sambelly he is a stinking little shorter. This company is in good shape .RWK
You've put a lot of negative posts on here, Sam,, and I'm sure you've been asked this many times already, but if this share is as much of a dog as you say it is, how come you haven't sold up (if indeed you are actually a shareholder) invested elsewhere, and quietly sat back and enjoyed this company's demise?
Maz - theres no twin about it!!! A.smithy - 2 posts, both on Flybe.... hmmmm... sacked is at it again. At least he can tell himself he has some friends...
Twin derampers Sam and Smithy get a life, shameful creatures. Thanks god I have a day job but this clown Sam has been deramping since this morning :-)
Good -and expected- response. Open a short if you see 20's?? Do you need me to explain what a short is? It is what you see in the mirror, but don't get the two mixed up.
More - to follow tomorrow will we see 20’s by end of week.
I expect them to be removed - the sign of a lost argument. I don't see it as negative as that, i really don't. Actual results were be critical particularly forward looking statements, but they haven't said the loads are down or XYZ, just that maintenance costs were higher than expected. Like i said i am guessing its to do with hand-backs, why they didn't go into more detail is beyond me as that would have provided reassurance. Im also not as negative ref the BoD, they are all new ish on the scene and come with prior pedigree so may have more sway than you give them credit for. Yes he has (yet again) shown himself up for completely misunderstanding basic numbers. Sacked, perhaps your time would be better suited to reading articles on basic financials and equity trading rather than typing "flybe bad news" into google.
