Director buy 50 000 shares at 1.18 £59 000
Decent interview but a bit dry-heard the CEO speak before and same deadpan delivery. Doubt if many people saw this or the earlier one. Once we drop down to 1m distancing virus control will be all the more important. The company says it has a product that can keep surfaces virus free for up to 30 days-who wouldn't want that these days.

About time-couldn't understand why this share was so disregarded. Great potential, but the company needs to keep shareholders better informed about Filtashield and its core business now that restrictions are being lifted.
Very under rated stock here with significant potential imho
FLTA was just on sky news regarding going into the restaurant markets with their 30 day anti viral covid solution. They are saying this should help restaurants open. If they get a few contacts or a big chain then this could really be big. Can see herd picking up on this and we multibagging

This is what we are doing to fight covid and get the UK back to work.

This is also a statement from their R&A, lets hope they do know what they are doing. "During the lockdown period, in response to requests from franchisees and customers, we have commenced a new service, FiltaShield, which is a sanitising service that will protect against COVID-19 for up to 30 days. We launched this service in April
I copied and pasted this from this mornings Final Results rns!
They did actual say virus treatment as follows:- Britain's largest rail franchise is using a disinfectant which it claims will kill coronavirus on surfaces for up to 30 days. Same info as put out by FILTA a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I don't know if Go-ahead is a customer.
From their agm statement
We have recently launched a new service, FiltaShield, a bacterial cleansing service that can eliminate any traces of COVID-19 bacteria and provide protection for 30 days. I would be concerned that they do not understand the difference between a virus and a bacteria...….
Go Ahead are using a 30 day virus treatment-sounds like the product FILTA produce-lets hope so.
This share keeps falling. Cleaning is and even more so now an essential service. The scrabbling to get out is unsettling. The crowds won't be as big as before but we'll be out again sooner than we think.
a quote from the RNS " Whilst FiltaShield is currently only available in the UK, we will look to roll out this service in the U.S. and Europe in due course."
A COVID19 sanitisation service. Could be very promising, but no details in RNS. Is there any news on how widely this FiltaShield service is being used in the US?

nice rise already

#FLTA; big extended gap-up higher - failing to hold the breakdown level 126p from March, but leaving levels in play 109p-115p. Momentum is strong, extending higher takes it back to 126p & above here 134p, 138p, 143p. Keep aeye on the gap & EMA9 at 75p - will fill at some point. https://t.co/aGgCG4A1Fy
Good product good idea, similar principles to BYOT for hand gel. I have only just read the RNS’s so more research to do, they will need CE, CDC approvals etc to rather than just ‘experts views’. More reading up for later. Atb

"Filta Group is a market-leading, commercial kitchen services business, servicing restaurants, supermarkets, stadiums, healthcare, education, hotels and amusement parks. Trusted by many global brands, we specialise in Fryer Management and Grease & Drain Management, servicing businesses that require regular maintenance."They already have access to many global brands, perfectly placed to increase serviceslooks like Blackrock are selling their 5% holding which won't take too long
Read RNS 12th March - says they have enough cash to get well past anticipated restrictions. This is a Co which focusses on hygiene so new product is an extension of core business - not just a cynical plot as suggested by some.
