Any idea who the buyers represent? 6% Stake so far.
Just ordinary PI's essentially, I think.
But IMO today's RNS is more important (and another negative) as we see another of the large shareholders has chosen to be diluted, rather than continue to fund this lifestyle outfit.
PI's with grande testiculos?
And maybe a very small predatory brain?
EasyP,
Whilst many are awaiting news from Switzerland,
some are chucking in the towel.
Everyone to their own trades/convictions
Is todays price not a new low? Surely if good news comes from Switzerland the buyers today will haver snached a bargain. There are many more crap companies that do not have around £3 million in the bank whose shares are many times higher than this.
I have not yet had another nibble though as the chart does not get any better but I maybe wishing I had any day I think but once burnt twice shy.
Just because there are 'many more crap companies' (than this one), does not make this a quality company, worthy of investment, either.
As witnessed by at least two of the major shareholders, who decided to allow their positions to be diluted, rather than participate in this raise.
Pathetic levels of inside buying, with dilution that was so bad for existing holders, you struggle to see a bull case, even if you really want to.
Entirely justified lack of trust/faith in the BOD, based on their track record...since the year dot really.
Lack of Stal update continues. After the Juv abortion, faith in the entire pipeline hanging by a thread, IMO.
Absolutely nothing on the old cancer trial stuff either for ages, which was what first interested me all those years ago. If it is dead, just tell us, rather than the corporate waffle about progressing talks, which is/was clearly rubbish.
And yes, from a technical POV, so many far better technical trade prospects right now, so it fails from both an investment and a technical chart perspective too, IMO.
None of which means it might not have a (short) spike or two at some point before it goes pop once and for all (not 100% certain of course, yet IMO virtually so)...but again, better rainbows to chase than this one for a pure punt too, IMO.
But no harm in having different opinions :) GLA.
It has all gone very quiet on here. Has everyone given up on it? This share had so much support, investors who 100% believed in the company.
I am really puzzled why there is still no update two months on. It obviously isn’t an oversight like many of us hoped. But it was clear there were problems last summer when EVG changed its guidance of $5.5m to be received by end of 2023 to ‘up to $5.5m expected in 2024. That raised alarm bells for me and I fortunately sold out at 2.55p.
What is clear is that the board know a lot more than they have told the mug shareholders. For example issuing shares last month to dilute the shares by 50%, why do that if they are expecting money imminently, especially after the new finance guy talked about wanting to create value for shareholders when he was appointed. But clearly even the board are puzzled as they issued a dispute notice believing they fulfilled their commitments. It seems like Stalicla are an awkward partner, it doesn’t bode well for future payments if they can’t even honour the second one.
Well I am pretty new to all this share trading but I see there was a good number of bigger buys today.
In reply to the last post and having read a lot about them on other message boards here, they do seem like they have feather their pockets but don't a lot of directors do that and then announce a string of good news that sends the share price sky high only for the directors to sell loads of options and really win bug time.
So I am hoping that it will rocket within a few months, they never do these things quickly or it would seem they knew all along. Only guessing and hoping, as I hope to make a few quid, to pay for my horses keep.
Good luck with your flutter here.
Only around an average daily volume and the actual sums involved were really not remotely 'bigger buys'.
While it can be fun (and occasionally informative) reading these chat boards, I hope you have in addition to this, at least reviewed all the RNS material for at least the last 12-18 months as a partial basis for your purchase?
I mean, it is entirely your money to play with as you see fit, but goodness me, of all the punts to take, you chose this one?!
As long as you have only put in what you can potentially afford to lose entirely, is my only piece of advice to you, on the basis you say you are new to share trading.
Keep in mind, if/when this gets a spike at some point (and assuming it does not top out around this level from a much lower price than today), there are likely to be quite a few other traders and trapped investors who are going to be looking to get out too.
And if the Stal deal ends up the way of the Juv deal, then, well, like I said, good luck with your flutter, because then the potential upside really is going to be hard to imagine, IMO.
HL will take 1M shares off me in one go...
In the past I have struggled to get a bid on £500 sell
Make of that what you will
Sounds promising DSFLAT - have you been a buyer recently, as one million shares might have cost you a fair bit a year or so ago.
I am tempted to buy a few more, as I reseached Stalicla and they do seem to say they are progressing but evauating.
I bought on the first news of the Stalicla deal and have been averaging all the way down since lol
Obviously hoping for some positive news from Stalicla
I'm with you on that DSFLAT.
TR1s stacking up nicely. None of them mine.
Stalicla maybe decided to play hardball, but the new partners will be ready to pick up from them, if they walk away.
Why has William Black bought 4M cheap shares in our little pharma company ?He must know something , a quick buck or exciting potential drug development ? Hopefully not eventual privatisation like my other investments like REDX & ETX
I remember people saying exactly the same thing when JK first became a TR-1, and then again when he further added to become the largest shareholder here.
Since allowed his position to be diluted, rather than participate in this latest raise, of course, and not the only one so far either.
But you raise a good point. It seems that, on the rare occasions when such outfits actually and finally look like they may be about to be worth something, rather than basically nothing...they will screw their smaller shareholders anyway.
Three-card monte feels like less of a hustle :)
