FWIW, I need a x200% uplift to get back to parity. So I'd be delighted to see a reversal after the de-list from ASX and the release of those much-needed quantifying data sheets.
Yeah, but all of those “increases” have gone, so pretty irrelevant
Because there is no interest. I sold today before
there is nothing left to sell. AIM is a GAME.
Wow !!
@ over 30%, and wonder why there are so few trades.
News with figures not until 11th March at least after delisting from ASX, so plenty of time here I think to get some more golden tickets as the asset isn't going anywhere. That said I can see a climb into March coming on the anticipation of news.
Thanks, duh. ETA 8 March. RTFM
If you read the rns it tells you by what date they will be delisted.
My question (unanswered) is how long does it take for the ASX delisting process. Anyone?
Now why would they want to do that? You missed the point Oiltap. From what I heard there is NO INTENTION of changing it. Not sure where or why you get such ideas. There are many factors which you haven't considered, like taxation for example. Would you waste our money registering in another country if it meant paying more tax? They deal with all of the facts and everything is done for a purpose. That's why they are paid to be managers and we are not. :-)
After all the drilling and independent work over the year, I'll give euz qudos for not exceeding the budget and the money left could actually last till the potential sling shot rise if/ when they announce the npv now that we're out off the asx. That's what I'm hoping for before another placing if alternative method of raising money isn't already decided
OIltap, the company remains as Australian registered. I have heard LR say so in an ahem... cough..... podcast. :-)
Oil tap, I would agree with you that the Galena deal is very impressive, if Europa can do a deal like that at some point in the future, then happy days.
We expect solid buying coming in.
You have to be in it to win it.
£190k in the coffers at the year end...
I thought it was a good RNS. Have I not read enough detail, or was it priced-in?
Numpt, the problem was not with the ASX. It was a EUZ management faux pas plainly simply and wholly. Management somehow didn't have a comprehensive knowledge of the rules, something which they are paid to have a firm understanding of. Perhaps they have lost some expertise with that knowledge in recent management turnovers, I don't know, but there are no excuses. To put the blame on the ASX rules instead of on management is unquestionably just plain and simply wrong. I hope they put their hand up to that fact one day. I'd like to see what percentage and total number of holders that they have so dismissively just cut off at the knees because of their unfortunate oversight. Nevertheless, we are where we are and good fortune to all shareholders, both the oppressed and the fortunate ones. Best wishes to management also and I hope that they can learn from recent events and grow in management skill and experience. Running on a shoestring they have done a great job, but I think they now need to identify a competent and experienced company secretary to in order prevent any such mishaps in the future. :-)
Everyone is sitting on their hands !!! :-)
Thanks Oiltap...Agree with ur sentiments... I found this article quite self explanatory as well....
https://budgeting.thenest.com/positive-npv-impact-stock-price-25307.html
I have taken up a bigger stake now and own 1.5% of EUZ.
An NPV of $180 M equates to my shares having a value of $2.7 M !!!....a far cry off from where we are today......
If I understand the article correctly.
So the sling shot should occur....its only a matter of time. IMOO...DYOR.
@Oiltap...If the NPV is $180M and I am fairly certain we will get the Financials as soon as ASX is out the way...and a revised SS published....will the re-rate be sudden and will it change overnight you think ?
Also what in your opinion will be the primary catalyst for the re-rate ? The revised SS or perhaps Market sentiment or anything else perhaps ?
.. Thanks for all your valuable inputs and sound advice.
These are buys right
zinc price is ticking up nicely, a good rise in the zinc price will change sentiment. The steep decline in the zinc price last year was one of the main reasons the good news the company delivered didn't translate into sustainable share price appreciation.
Hello all,
Is anybody able to shed any light on to the appearance of the EUZ.GB.PL variation in the search bar when I search for the EUZ entry? Thanks.
Well...if you check the last AGM minutes all the detail is there. Also the last placement was ONLY voted on AFTER the actual placement took place. So yes they can do a placement and then tell the markets IMO. But not to tell the markets at all is definitely NO.
Bricks that’s a fair point, ideally we would be raising at higher levels ie post the release of the full ss,but that may not have been deemed prudent, the bod will hopefully keep us informed.
