I think there may be a deal working in the background and thats why SS is taking a bit longer, Hopefully the Patient will be rewarded
Just to assuage people’s potential anxieties, the reason for BKY’s 45% SP fall today , in respect of lack of Spanish Permitting, is down to their intended Commodity- Uranium - not the permitting process itself. Concerns about potential radioactive waste issues. Clearly Euz is an intended Zinc/ Lead/ Silver mine, without the above issues. It is also in an area which has been extensively mined in the past. IMHO. DYOR.
Just waiting for the ss then this share should find its way. Jv/ buyout imo.
A lot of people wondering why there isnt more anticipation leading into the SS. An SS that could potentially have game-changing impacts on both the company and its investors... here's my 2 pence worth: AIM being AIM (wild-west reputation and the woeful record of mining companies on AIM) it's important for a company to present itself well. All this pod-casty tosh with your mates hinting at things, and loose dates for release of information doesnt do anything for grown up investors. On top of that, the EUZ website looks like a cheap crypto white paper. This share has long legs, we are potentially sitting on a gold mine... but EUZ needs to make its goals clear, spell out its goals and timeframes and do it using a grown up interface. .twitter, pod-casts and unsubstantiated statements are for kids (..and president Trump). I only have a small interest here because I couldn't find anything that was well-articulated enough either financially or verbally to give me the confidence to drop more than a a few K....and looking at the trades, I see I'm not the only one.
The mm's are keeping the SP down to bring more buyers on board, seems it's working this morning! That's there business.
Makes less sense more read it whether slowly or fast. How have traders run out of stock?
Read it slowly then :-)
Don't understand your comment as doubt many traders here at moment as only hold for a day or two but any may be selling due to boredom but volume last few days has been small. As for short of stock I can buy 20m albeit at a premium but can but 2m at .122. At moment many trades are shown as sells due to quoted spread being much larger tahn actual - .115/.130 when in reality is .1176/.1220.
I suspect some market manipulation taking place as traders have run out of stock and keeping the price down on purpose....relax and top up....that's the plan :-)
Why is the sp dropping when we are so close to a game changing rns? Why would anyone sell at this stage?
A £1700 sell and bid goes down to .116 so a now 7.5% spread not helping.
Also have to take into consideration the spread. For instance, if you go back to the 11th you will see treads showing all sells between 12-20 and end of day. Trades at 0.1248 are buys and the trades @ 0.1203 are sell's but with the spread make them all look like sell's. So not a true picture, but yes it seems the mm's are trying to keep this sp static at the moment. IMO of course
this has been happening for some weeks now, seems they do not want it to go any higher at the moment. they seem to match the sells to the buys.
the 4m and 4.5m today were both sells and only sells today against alot of smaller buys. Each day we seem to get a number of round number sells. Ones today seemed to knock momentum as bid had just gone up.
Several recent m+ trades. Although around the £5k mark, is this a quiet offload or the reverse, someone taking a nice position prior to the SS. Any views?
IN SA one has to pay 4c ps at moment which is equivalent to 0.0021 pence ps....seems like different markets have different value for the same asset !!
Yep....also my guess is they will make the most of the two weeks to shake out a few more traders....:-)
Don't know if anyone has looked at the Calendar today, but there are still 2 weeks to run, to the end of October .........!

A5 the moment with scoping study very close
the other company i know that have massive zinc asset is JLP
Fascinated by the lack of interest around this share today given the imminent news.
Having said that it's allowed me add further to my collection.
Excellent write up/assessment by martina07 below:
Well SASA is slightly higher in tonnage at 23mt than Toral (so far) but the SASA grades around 4% for lead & Zinc are considerable lower than Toral, as is the silver content. SASA Operating costs are very low at $760 /tonne, which is why that mine is so profitable. Even so, if Toral OPEX were , say between $1200 & !500 / tonne that would still give a useful , clean margin of $1000 /tonne +.
It seems quite unusual for CAML to have actually bought the SASA mine outright, given that they weren't a particularly large company in the 1st place (£200m or so), but they managed to do that with a loan from their offtake partner and by issuing more shares. It goes to show that any potential purchaser/ JV Partner of Toral need not necessarily be one of the mining Big Boys, such as Glencore or Rio etc.
To my mind, it seems even more likely, that the likes of international mid cap companies such as Lundin (mkt cap approx £3.2 Bn) or Boliden (£6.8 Bn) would be operating well within their financialresources if they were to make a similar £307m bid (or JV) for Toral. assuming all proved up satisfactorily in the Scoping Study.
To put that into context, with 5.6 Billion shares still in Issue at EUZ, that would equate to a price of 5.4p per share. Even allowing for £75m of capex (or $100m) to build the mine, that would equate to approx 4.1p per share.
Food for thought.
IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
Well done Bobby are you ready to take your advice instead of lurking and waiting for me with your many silly accounts. You're angry like my surname is tooth. Why don't you knock on his door instead of spending your time and energy with your 5 or 6 profiles and ask tooth for your £45k back.
You've been told by others that you are bitter. Take the advice Jupiter/Bobby/spec now have your last dig at me and move on. I'm sure your therapist told you to do the same.
I understood that you're trying to do the same thing you're accusing me of. You're trying engineer you becoming a winner than a loser with your many fake accounts.
You got issues bobby/Jupiter/spec. What's the price you and alter egos need to break even on on this investment 36.0?
Stop hating and being bitter. Now go do something useful and go back to your nurse.
Did you blow a big raspberry after you wrote that?
