Thankyou Tilly.
Quite new here.
Did a bit of research on EUA and decided to buy in. Worth a punt.
What are people's ambitions with this one?
Let's assume /pretend/ hope (delete as appropriate) that we got the announcement we want and it took off to £1 per share.
Would you....
1) Sell - I'll take it thank you and good night
2) Leave it a bit - it might just go to £1.20
3) Keep it - I'm here for the long term.
Just interested in understanding the general climate.
Thank you.
I think it could be £2 - £3.
I'd be a 1. I've a feeling most LTHs would be. But - if everyone sells who will buy our shares ?
Kop - agree option 1 - like a shot! Mayt
£2.83 is my figure , full sale ...let’s see how close I am
The way the MM’s are here they will probably rerate 70% of the div rather than normal 90-95%. Will wait and see as that 5-10% normally is a huge amount, at £1 it’s 10p a share you would loose selling prior to settlement day

If that guess is correct iknownuffin you’ll have to change your moniker!

If it comes in at that price then the following home game, I will happily streak around the pitch at Fratton Park, belly full of the finest rum!
"BR we’re biggest decrease in May - august - good riddance still hold 30 million"
Agree Tilly but 30 million IS STILL too many for my liking.
So the MM's are keeping this down for their mates and the big boys.
We already know this.
Is that ethical? I mean - does it break any trading regulations?
Us little PI's are having to sit and watch this share go up (if you are not trading because you haven't got a scooby what is going on) but a day or too after it is battered to death for no real reason by the MM's.
It's obvious that these big £1m trades are for their mates and big boys. "Look I want 1 million shares x 2 and I'm prepared to pay 24p for them". "No problem. Leave it to me". Down she goes......whilst we are left holding the baby until they feel gracious enough to raise the SP back up again or until one of their mates wants another million shares at say 22p.
A joke.
If any representative of EUA reads these boards, you will see that there are a lot of angry investors here who are sick to death of it. Not EUA but this market that you hold your shares on.
Most of us would love it if you turned the table against the MM's somehow. A barrage of RNS's over a couple of days might work.
Then when this is all done and there is a EUA2, please, for the love God, get us the f*** off AIM.
Enjoy the rest of your evening everyone.
Good luck for tomorrow.
Evening StrangeAttractor.
Firstly if it took off to £1 I think most people would say it wasnt the announcement we want (only £1??)
Secondly if you know what announcement we are waiting on, you would understand the options aren't quite those you list. They are more binary: sell at rerate price or hold for dividend, then stick with the company post divi, or move on totally.
It will depend on what is announced, how much is going, for what and what remains/are the go forward plans.
When it comes though, there will be no chance of debating/posting on lse though it will have crashed!!
Spursfan - thanks for feedback

Yes I noted BR reduction with the stock % meat ownership ,
The reduction is smallish as is there position in comparison to some of the other Financial Titans,
as plenty getting there snouts in the stock trough.
Including- UBS, GS, AJbell, Barclays , etc
As I listed will be interesting to see the last 4 weeks positions with the high volume ,
mind you What if BR were the undisclosed USA ii , - just saying
Market shenanigans & manipulation are always favourable to the Heavy Artillery,
we are merely sardines in the financial ocean feeding on scraps of stock from the sharks butt clinkers .
