Sbrace - yep, this is what has happened. I did a few trades - a bit of selling at ~ 6.5, buying back at ~ 6.3 . Just tinkering around - increasing my number of shares by about 1,200 at no extra cost and now my 'average price/share' (on Freetrade) is way out of whack.
Guys, do dealers like Freetrade assume any sales of shares are based on FIFO - first in, first out? i.e if you sell, then its the first shares that you bought that go first. This seems to screw up Freetrade's version of my 'average price/share', which is saying 6p for me, when I know its nearer 17p based on a spreadsheet I keep.
Have you come across this? Any thoughts appreciated.
Kammy, very sorry to hear your sad news. You've had a tough time and you've got to grieve and then stay strong. Time helps - it doesn't cure things, but it gives you a different situation you can eventually learn to live with.
Hotshot - same message to you. Cannot begin to understand what you must be going through. So sorry - stay strong!

That's some good news for you, Jimjam.
All the best, wish you a successful recovery.

Damo,
Yes, your decision and your post do make sense and I wish you luck.
It's just that I didn't believe a word of AlbertJohnson's.
AlbertJohnson,
FFS, really? You come on here with your first post and tell us you are selling your shares. Do you think for a second anyone believes a word? No-one with any sense or knowledge would be selling now, when the EUA assets are so rich and the pending announcements are:
Licence transfers
JORCs
Asset Sale
Dividend announcement
If you are a paid de-ramper, then you are **** at it.
Gary Delaney jokes:-

"The couple next door have made a s3x tape. Well, they don't know that yet."
"I bought a chocolate bar and on the inside it said.. 'You're a loser'. I wouldn't have minded if there had been some sort of competition on."
"When I was young, I used to enjoy dropping ginger nuts into a steaming hot cup of tea. But nowadays that's called bullying."
"My girl friend says I'm not very romantic. We were kissing on the sofa and she said 'let's take this into the bedroom'. I said ok, you get the other end.."

Newbie (Pete), great news about your grandson - wishing him a continued recovery - and all the best to you and your family.
You will all be so excited to have him back from hospital.
I have a grandson and I know how much joy he brings to the family.
All the best my friend.
(Guys - love your family!)
SA.
£1.39 is my shout.
Don't know where I got that from.
I think the assets in the ground are considerable though, so £1.39 it is.
You read it here first!
RobertDib, I suggest you head back to playgroup and finish your colouring in.
Neocantus - That nonsense isn't going to sway anyone.
Don't come back.
Didn't know JTMac, but clearly highly regarded on this board.
Sad to hear this. News like this puts things in perspective.
Love your family, guys. You never know what's next.
Bought 68 shares.
Respect!
Evan - good joke, I like it. :)
In 2005 English Grandmaster Mickey Adams played computer program, Hydra in a 6-game chess contest.
In a fun article leading up to the event they compared the 2 adversaries in the same way they would compare 2 boxers.. height, weight, age etc...
When it came to..."number of chess positions they could assess in 1 second", it read something like:-
Mickey Adams -- 1.5 positions per sec.
Hydra -- 100 million.
Hydra won 5½ to ½.
What's that got to do with EUA? Nothing. Just came to mind :)
Yes, Nepo is very talented, but will be difficult to wrest the title from Magnus Carlsen.
Good to see Nornickel sponsoring Nepo.
1st post here.
I'm on Eurasia, Greatland Gold and others. I can tell you its just the same.
Bitterness, arguments, name-calling. Disappointing and sad really to see these things on a bb which should be a place to discuss and learn.
@trytosmile:
Yes, agreed. There are many positive things lined up with EUA, more so than many other investments. Of course there is risk, but when you list the positives as outlined by others on this board, the story is a very strong one. We hold many good cards in our hand. Hold tight, believe, keep your nerve. Ignore the naysayers who repeat the same negative comments. To paraphrase a wise lady author : "They know so little and know it so fluently."
Bought another 4906 at £0.2038 through Freetrade. Good chance to top up.
Best advice - ignore them.
To paraphrase American novelist Ellen Glasgow (deceased) :
"They know so little and know it so fluently"
