"but I’d far rather see exploration news"
We should be getting some news regarding the trial early part of next week I think. Patience.
Well, I suppose given it ipo’d at 25p, buying shares now would be seen as good value I guess, but I’d far rather see exploration news, frankly
L.
Positive news that it's been approved by the High Court I guess.
Not that it'll make much difference, I don't believe Erris will be buying back shares anytime in the near future. Also don't think that they need to, with only 39m shares in issue...
But good to have the option to buy back i suppose.
What does this do for eris?
L
Cheapest micro cap gold on aim.
When you see what is happening over at alba. UK gold is hot.... Eris turn :)
What’s code 130?
I noticed. Small order for 130 shares at the full ask..
Is this significant?

Be interesting to know what the minimum zinc price would need to be to make AbbeyTown development viable
L.
As many as you can. News of JV coming next I guess
Well, back in July the indicated that there would be newsflow during the following 2-3 months, so that sort of fits...
Price seems to be holding well despite the sells recently.... and the volumes over past few days/weeks doesn’t seem to be indicative of those that took part in the 4.25p placing selling out now either....
Chart looks good for a further tick up in the next few sessions. Then again, I’ve said that before, only to watch the price dive, so who knows..
(Still I’ve set aside a pool of cash to invest in it if it does drop...)
L.
Probably, but I didn't ask for an 'exact' date, so here's hoping.

standard reply! They are obviously not going to tell you when exactly there will be an update..
Hi All, I emailed the company to see when there would be an update and Aiden (COO) emailed me this morning. He said that there should be an update by the end of the month, that fieldwork takes time and that lab turnaround times for samples are generally 3 weeks.
I thought it was very kind of him to take the time to reply to me, so thank you, Aiden.

I'm convinced eris will reveal discovering significant gold nuggets.... Top up monday
Coverage for Scotsgold. First pour incoming. Eris should benefit. News so close. Gla
Anyone heard of this? They’re on countryfile on 23rd August 7pm I think.
They may be looking to come to market... nothing to do with eris btw.
L.
Oh for sure. I’ve long been a fan of Erris. I was just pointing out that I thought it was interesting that for a guy who could easily afford to take part in a placing, chose instead to take a stake in the open market, whilst at the same time being reasonably sure that Erris will need further fund raises in the future.
Sends quite a powerful message I think
L.
Mostly.
Graham Donaldson, one of the sig shareholders reckoned they might need to end up spending up to £5 million to reach a jorc compliant resource. Which would mean further fund raises. And yet, he bought his entire 5% stake in the open market....

v interesting. small mcap. well funded from what i can see. safe mining area. Only downside is the length of time it will take before they can start drilling. could be several months before in a position to start thinking about drilling. speed is the only issue here. when speed is slow, you are more likely to be hit with dilution. Have i got this summary right?
On the spread is impacting the labelling of the trades here as the trade today was a buy for sure (mine lol). Ask now pushed up I think to 7.5p, bid unchanged. Limited free float so makes sense.
Same here when I looked through all the microcaps I liked this one too so I invested over the last week an initial position.
Like the look of the fundamentals in this share and the exposure to gold. GLA
Erris board has a lot of expertise, good contacts and aiming high for economic discoveries
'Well done to Erris Non-Exec Director Jeremy Martin (CEO of Horizonte Minerals) and Erris CEO David Hall (Chairman of Horizonte Minerals) for the big announcement at #HZM. $325M senior debt facility mandate for construction of Araguaia Nickel Mine' https://twitter.com/HorizontePLC/status/1293429326780796929?s=20
Haha thanks for the welcome. I'm probably somewhere in the middle of the two investors you describe (I did buy after Stretchum's post at 5.65 as I am interested in any gold related co that is flat on pre covid levels, or near, and funded) and have 7 or 8 mining holdings and the same outside of mining. Will enjoy continuing to follow progress and wish you well for the investment.
Not going near Stretchy's new one WRES though. Indebted companies = decent risk of ending in tears. But let's see.
