Another extension ffs 🤦♂️
For those interested a decent write up on V O X by Paul Hill who has a sizeable holding here.
Wonder what tomorrow will bring….
Great set of results, do we think the SP has been held so the %premium doesn't get carried away/unaffordable? I'm expecting the offer to be announced at close of play tomorrow in order to take advantage of any dips with people bailing if no 7am offer
Continued focus is good to see. Appears the potential of a TO has not detracted them from progressing and growing the business. 12-24mths time eqls will be a lot bigger more profitable business
Good set of results really and continued growth carying on. Solutions the standout here growing at a good clip optimistically could see £50mill in revenue just from solutions this year at the top end. Will continue to see benefit from European expansion. A 1p dividend also a nice bonus. Hardly a mention of strategic review so goes to show they are more focused on the running of the business as is
Djframboise, yes I totally agree, how many companies can produce right up to date TU they are right on top of everything. The only thing is maybe it’s an AIM, who knows. Let’s see what tomorrow brings. I’m hoping to an end to it either way. If no deal I’ll just add on the drop so not a problem for me.
Unloved and overlooked. Don't get it.
After these results...that is the question.
Outlook is what will get noticed today IMO as the f/y was already out there, with performance ytd looking very positive indeed. Revenue up 30% y/y up to 12th April. Management will be negotiating with prospective buyers over 2024 and 2025 numbers and any price agreed will be based on how likely these forecasts can be delivered.
Any bid will need to reflect current trading. Have been invested for many years and card holder for about as long. Has been my go to currency card in Europe for years. Only criticism is that it is very unreliable in USA even in big global hotel groups in, for example New York, and I always need a back up card. Sure this will get fixed. Would be reluctant to accept under £1.50
Wow and it continues “ H1-2024 Trading
FY-2024 has started strongly with revenue in H1-2024 up to 12 April 2024 reaching £31.9 million, up from £24.5 million in the same period in FY-2023, an increase of 30%. The revenue from Solutions in the same period was £13.2 million, up 74% on the same period in 2023 of £7.6 million. Revenues per working day up to 12 April 2024 were £443k, an increase of 27% over £350k per day in the same period in H1-2023 and 5% higher than £422k per day achieved in Q4-2023.”
Impressive growth and profitability across all areas and looks to be at the start of a big up cycle. This is going one way and thats up
Pretty impressive. What will it do to the SP? It should be positive but on AIM anything is possible.
Yes, amazing results. Big expansion abroad, which is only in its relative infancy.
Deadline by 1700 tmrw. GLA
No matter what happens this company will hopefully continue to grow. I’ll spend time later reading through them.
Revenue 95.7 Up+ 37%
EBITDA 17.1. Up + 56%
Relax, we get a deal ....good news.
We dont get a deal, who cares, as the business is performing well (find out tomorrow)
Another extension, again who cares (although I think this is holding the SP back)
Which ever way you cut the cake value will out in the end....
In the lead up to annual results you normally expect a bit of movement in the stock, maybe there will be a few late buys. I am however, unless it is less leaky that most Companies, expecting an inline result, there will be no takeover . I hope I am proved wrong but I have my doubts.
And I agree, its getting embarrassing now these talks. Either they want it or not
Lets just say its a feeling. Anymore than that and I might get in trouble. 100% Tower aren't getting it
Zak - why do you think that? Surely the board would lose all credibility if another xtn?
Change of view. We are gonna get another extension FYI. TowerBrook are gonna pull out. Conversations with MD are ongoing STILL....
I’m with Zebbo. Anything under £1.50 would be a disaster for shareholders. Yesterday another share I hold received a takeover approach and I was slightly disappointed that the offer appears to have been accepted. There is a lot of interest currently in UK small caps, because they are undervalued. If we don’t get at least £1.60 I would rather wait and reap the rewards as the Company grows.
Lets face it Zak knows Jak ...:-)
I say, stay as we are if offer is under £1.50. SP will soon move past 1.50 based on progress to date
As they say in Billions "how certain are u?" "well I'm not uncertain" 140p at best
I heard the bid from Railsr was truly pathetic
