Great set of results, do we think the SP has been held so the %premium doesn't get carried away/unaffordable? I'm expecting the offer to be announced at close of play tomorrow in order to take advantage of any dips with people bailing if no 7am offer
Desert mountain energy have a container sized swing absorption plant operational at the moment, that cost around 10/15million during the supply chain crunch, they've had problems with their well permitting but the point is there's a model to easily copy soon as the appraisal is finished and tested
It's not tho, there are already producing helium companies operating out of the same trap system, that's why Bo used his own money to secure the leases, the only risk is at what % is the helium coming out at, at our particular licence areas, it's there we just don't know the concentrations and volumes
All exploration stock is high risk, but surely this is significantly derisked with the presence of gas and trap already established, with helium producing companies operating out of the same structure? Can only be drill and flow risk now, but with stimulation not a problem as already o+g producing state red tape on that regard should be fairly straightforward significantly reducing that risk too
Helium is very transportable, however you'll loose roughly 20% of it crossing the Atlantic without coolant plants which costs a shed tonne more than 10/15mil to erect and setup, and the chips act will favour domestic production for certainty, the US is a major o+g producer with affiliated services on tap, Tanzania will have to import all of these hence the long lead times when it comes to drilling hence the doubling of your costs, hex is probably much closer to production with that in mind
They're both at a similar stage towards production, they both are going to drill an appraisal well and establish the full contents of their respective basins, for sure he1 will have more reserves, however hex operates in the US close to end markets in chips space and MRI and are getting full ask on he, he1 will be selling to the Chinese for half the price with an immature industry base and setup costs
Doubt we'll hear anything till after the 4th April once offer is formally closed and dusted, do they need these funds to scale or have they been able to sell some in the meantime is the question??
We already have FDA clearance for capture and harvesting for downstream analysis, this is a simple ldt to give clinicians data to assess a patient's illness and then approve FDA cleared drugs already in existence, We're good to go
Ctdna has great benefits in the way it helps the clinicians fully form their prognosis, in the sense it gives a great understanding of how effective the current form of drugs is working on the cancer, but as it's heterogeneous you need constant monitoring of the both substrates as it will behave differently to the drugs month after month, the NGS part is still huge as it's more than half as good again in detecting full variety of genetic markers giving the option for multi pronged attacks
Kobald have been focused on Zambia and Canada this year, although well funded they're still a relatively small company with their own limited manpower resources available!! They won't walk away with 49% as they have to spend 21million in exploration by December 31st 24 if they don't they forfeit the JV rights!!
They repeatedly state they are on the verge of a globally significant nickel deposit and the other two are predominantly copper
It's obviously an excuse, but they're only a relatively small outfit themselves!! They've been busy doing their African an Canadian assets and obviously put us on the back burner till next year!! As to the jv they forfeit their rights to disko if they don't drill by December 24
I agree and have voted them out at the agm the drilling campaign is obviously on the back burner to salvage the cash, however they have money to last until March providing they don't drill kanger themselves this year!! Dundas should be due soon as well as rio drilling in Finland so plenty to be going on with to support any activities this year!! Kobold just announced 195million capital raise so drilling will definitely go ahead next year along with terms of the jv
It's undoubtedly been poor but we had 7.4mil this time last year probably more like 2mil now, that's enough to get us to next march and raise with kobolds drill at disko announcement as per the contract with the jv!! It's another lost year but the lights will stay on
They got that massive sulfide boulder from a rock slide there didn't they!! It's there an kobald have already intimated their scans showed previously unidentified showings meaning it could even be bigger than previously thought, however nothings proven till the drill starts turning very very excited about the possibilities there
