I don't necessarily think it's the suitors who should be valuing the company it must be the bod. If they don't receive a fair £ they don't have to sell. Within 2years the mine will be operational plus the pt rise at wk I think it's a 150m net a year company. They mays well wait the 2/3 years an sell for true worth if the offer isn't good enough now
Another great unintended consequence of the previous contractors messing up the permit is we have a stockpile of pt ready to be cashed in at a much greater value at what we would've got for it 3/6 months ago so Jan will be looking rosey going forward
All none office staff will be self employed same as any building site in the UK just a way of keeping accounts down ie hol/sick/ pay etc none of the mining staff will be on the books except the site foreman everyone else will get paid when they work not when the mining season is closed
I don't think a new placing will come while the mine is down surely only a skeleton staff on payroll they won't be paying out much on wages now and start again when the rivers/ground thaw out plus they have the sino money if needed but will be able to get finance against product now its proven too just like nn have just done
Or let the company kill itself and take it for nothing. I wonder if any competitors take out short positions and crah the sp to interrupt cash flow to company thus eua has to dilute etc etc goes bust competitor takes it for cost of name change an bribe. It is Russia after all???
Just my thoughts
But personally I think the sp is low because as yet eua is unproven with regards to its mining efficiency and its ability to make money
The big dogs are playing wait and see probably hoping it fails as we've been allowed to take all the risks and fund the exploration with the knowledge its hard to become a profit making company in this business, thus hoping they can just walk in and take it for nothing.
Hopefully the bod an mining team know what they are doing and someone's gonna have to pay to get their mits on the product.
So I'm expecting sp to hover round 2p until we get an rns relating to this year's production so people can work out a rough idea how much this company is worth not it's assets but it's ability to make money
I'm really looking forward to seeing how much dirt has been turned into cash, then the price will jump or die
It must take a very cool head from the bod point of view. Imagine being on the cusp of being given a couple of bill but having to keep a lid on it. I'm excited by the prospect of making a few thousand quid never mind a couple of thousand million quid. Which is why I think this period of tieing up loose ends is being done so diligently coz they're terrified of screwing anything up. How many times have the bod negotiated billion dollar deals before?
The board aren't being quite they're just running a company no need to drop an rns coz the sp has dropped a bit. My position is let's see were we are in a years time. I was hoping for a quick turnaround but I think patience is key day to day doesn't mean much. The company is in its infancy but its gonna start churning money out now all the parts are in place!! Sell or mine win/win in my book
