Maybe I'm reading too much into it but that sounds like it's a frustration coming to the boil or a bargaining tact against us.

It's a billion dollar deal it takes time, I'd advise not to get caught up in the small details (day2day sp fluctuations) an look at the big picture(15mil plus basket plus wk)
The bod are now experienced in such deals they take time (they live on different sides of the planet an I imagine they'll have to be done face to face)
This is a 20year project finally coming to fruition the bod don't care for day2day drops but I would expect news late Feb as that must be deadline with the season about a month away before either a sale or sino is activated
Don't get bored don't get greedy stay patient and you'll be rewarded imho

The tweet has totally reinforced my belief the bod are actually the good guys. My investment is safe and the radio silence is deliberate.
Their finger is right on the pulse and they've deliberately stopped the idle chatter on social media as its purely business at this point.
I'm totally 100% convinced now

The fact that wk figures for last year's results aren't in yet makes me certain the sale is in advanced talks.
I'm no expert and still have much to learn but I think the price is already agreed and are just waiting for final approval before handing over the keys to the entire business

Things might have changed with regards to wk now with pt demand on the up trend but I've always thought wk was just a means to an end of keeping the finances in the black while they chase permits for the tundra mines. I think it's rinse an repeat. Wk is only to fund the exploration costs for the tundra areas an tie up the other 25/30 mil ozs before another sell off

I'm wondering whether the delay for wk figures for last year means they've handed over their books to the relevant parties as they're doing a full asset sale not partial?? The delay in publication is making my imagination run wild.....

Again just thinking out loud, does anyone know where the expected deficit will be met in 2025? Every article I've read is at least until then, so if it takes roughly 2 years to gain permit for the extra 25mil oz would you start applying for them now knowing that at the height of the deficit you've made 250mil plus you can negotiate for the extra ounces in a mega billion deal at the height of the scramble for new pd??

I don't necessarily think it's the suitors who should be valuing the company it must be the bod. If they don't receive a fair £ they don't have to sell. Within 2years the mine will be operational plus the pt rise at wk I think it's a 150m net a year company. They mays well wait the 2/3 years an sell for true worth if the offer isn't good enough now

Another great unintended consequence of the previous contractors messing up the permit is we have a stockpile of pt ready to be cashed in at a much greater value at what we would've got for it 3/6 months ago so Jan will be looking rosey going forward

Simple question expecting update

Yes I know its only a 1/3 of the profit and only from September if I remember correctly but it'll give us an idea at what quants to expect from wk therefore a guide to next year's profits

I imagine it would as it would impact the share price wouldn't it? Either way an update would be nice as rhodium is sky rocketing at the min

Still waiting for an rns regarding how much wk made last year aren't we. Wasn't money due for last year's mining at end of Dec??
