Whilst Mr Holland was so much better then what has gone before - knowledgeable, articulate, energetic and busy and dealing with issues head - on the promise is the same as it has always been. I have been a long term holder from the days when the share price was over 6p but the narrative has not changed in all that time. Grand plans, mid cap oiler on the way with deadlines hopelessly missed and the various grand plans left in the dust. The one thing that went right was Wressle and just as we had a chance to get to 4p or so Serenity was announced and the rest as they say is history. It is fun dreaming but it has been at our expense.
Sold a big chunk of my shares for a massive loss
For the remainder, less worried from the presentation the other night about raising new money (as wressle will pay for salaries) squandering what we have on a bloated board and more grand schemes which will run into climate change issues given time frame, change of government etc
Please put us out of our misery and sell the company now - would probably get 2 to 3p per share - would bite the buyers hands off for that
If lt shareholders want the company sold around 3p to provide an exit (which I understand) then they should make representation for it and ultimately requisition for it.
Perhaps a merger between UJO & EOG, keep WH in place and drop Bramhill like a hot potato
So what is Inishkea, a maybe in 2 years. What is Sernity, a maybe in 2/3 years. What is Cloughton, an if and maybe in 1/2 years or more. What is Wrestle news on additional well / Wells, a year maybe. All this next year business has been around for many, many years hence the share price.
Will met with minister Ryan on Inishkea after the webinar. Can you imagine David Bramhill being granted the same audience?
Get real
Apols .mis read post
LoS regarding further drilling at Wressle, Egdon has yet to submit a planning application, ditto the pipeline that Egdon first mentioned in Q1 2022 - no planning application! yes Wressle is a lovely clean site (yawn!) but Egdon has dropped the ball again and again, thank goodness Heyco now pulls the strings.
Really hope Heyco can get wressle moving.supposedly tEDR were waiting for CPR before planning application.not sure why that would be as they have said will use Wressle 1 platform for drilling pennistone.delay after delay.
Best to forget about for yet another month for any sensible news
All that blue sky inniskea talk is at moment just blue sky and at only 33% geological chance....so can we just get some positive news on next RNS.
Why do you say that it’s only 33% chance for inishkia when they have said they plan to connect to Corib field ?
Increase in TCF to 1.5 and 1.8TCF on both fields plus wressle.update
Bubble, check out the "chance of geological success" question put to Will Holland at 20 mins, on the recent LSE interview. Plus as things stand the new much raised Pmean for Inishkea West is now 1554BCF and Inishkea was very much lowered (fault seal issue) to a Pmean of 146BCF. (See FEL 4/19 Update RNS). Still all to play for. GLA, DONALB
https://www.lse.co.uk/media/EOG/europa-oil-gas-say-seismic-analysis-reveals-92-rise-in-inishkea-west-gas-reserves-to-1-55-tcf-s-6mxldqw088p4hw8.html
Donalb thanks for link will check it out later
Inishkia west and Corib north discovery on the agenda then Donalb and 92% recoverable shallow drill looking good
That will indeed interest a few of the bigger players imho easily connectable to Corib field pipeline aswell
"chance of geological success" - previously I recall Europa touting a 1 in 3 chance of success. In the recent interview and in response to a question - he responded that the new seismic interpretation has improved the COS from 1 in 4 to 1 in 3.
I don't know whether he misspoke or whether COS remains the same ?
I think he mis spoke as Inishkea West was already 1 in 3 which for an exploration well is about tops already.
I don't buy the need to go to 30hz
They have a farminee imv : it's all about securing the political consent and how Eamonn Ryan can sell that within his Green Party alongside the energy security review.
All imho:
The board are in a closed period pending the final results which will come out early. Then heavy director buys and weighty options. Then the consent. I'm done here now. GLA.
Les when do you anticipate results?
Next Friday
Isawrap thank you
