Once we have the short term financing issue out the way, I can see a significant re-rate being possible. I'm sure the team are very busy right now. GLA
I agree. The buzz around 5G is getting louder by the day. Ethernity are of course right in the sweet spot to take full advantage.
I'm fully loaded with these already at an average of 28p (built up years ago) and they form a huge part of my portfolio. I have never sold a single one and in fact if I could take more I would !
Alcopop - I bought most of my holding in Q1 and Q3 2018 (both on drops when large numbers were offloaded) and have a higher average - 45p range, however, I have been adding at lower prices over the last couple of years. At the time I knew patience would be required but as you say this is the best position ENET have been in since my initial investment IMO. This is by far the lowest traded share I have invested in, and I have watched the daily volume carefully from IPO. With the right news flow I believe it will go up just as fast as it fell.
My average is just below the current bid and I am very comfortable with that. I plan to buy more but I am in no hurry. Once this event is over one way or another I believe that the share price will recover strongly.
A few months old but it sheds light on what Ethernity are doing now.

HI Tracy,
The vid is actually a few years old- Originally posted in June 2017 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITe5nxfB6gA
Yes you are right light reading rehashed it in January and relaunched it I guess. It may be more relevant now given the delay experienced after launching the article originally.
It seems that Ethernity have delivered on everything eluded to on the technology side.
A great watch to remind ourselves of what excellent technology we have and why we invested. I'd love David to do a follow up interview based on where we (and the market) are now, several years on.
I'm sure he probably will once June if out the way. We're kind of in a bit of a no mans land at the moment but in the space of 3 weeks we'll know the status of the government grant and have had an EGM. That should draw a line under things and the company can move forward and discuss contracts rather than funding.
No man's land sums the situation up perfectly.
Share price wise it feels like we've been trekking across the foothills for ages with the mountain in sight but not quite as close as we originally thought. In June I feel like we will properly arrive at base camp. Thereafter I expect the assault on the summit to commence in earnest....

Acquisition in the network security field. Ethernity has a very strong selling point here with fpga Smartnic as the processes, flow a virtual features are conducted away from the CPU. In effect these are isolated away from the vulnerable information. Only a data stream will be acquired hacking a fpga any breach will show just update data and function. This is super important when using remote Edge servers which may be vulnerable to direct attack as a way into the network. Locked up in a secure data centre there is little chance of a physical attack.
Companies scaling up must be looking at Ethernity as a target, it would be pocket change for them.
Great find and info TL . Yet again with one of these acquisitions they mention how they raised funds which is what I was getting at a few posts ago. Why do they mention that?
These are not blue-sky miners but development costs money. I don't think that cash is what attracts them it's advantage, shortcuts and exclusive access. That's why I think that it's now or never for a buyout. Ethernity are engaging partners and some of those may be direct competitors to an interested party.
I believe that Ethernity have a unique middle ground a can sell to all sides. Many won't even know that Ethernity make their solutions work.
At what price a buy out in your opinion - should it materialise ;
From what I’ve learnt on this board and given the market they in it must be multiple pounds .I M H O!!!
Given the grip that the two founding Directors have and a couple of institutions any approach would need to be friendly. So what do you think they would accept. Certainly not less than IPO £1.30. I doubt less than £3. However the value to others when they can simply partner will need to be on multiple levels.
What is it worth to stop a direct competitor gaining advantage over you in a multi billion sector. It may be as much about stopping as starting.
