I keep thinking what huge derisking factor it is to now have local support for the project - it was obviously a major cause for delays in the DFS that are now resolved. Resolved in a way that supports the economy, job creation as coal is phased away from supports EMM/CEZ to recieve it.
Local support, the CMRA, DFS being finalised and we still get to buy and half the price the bank paid.. while the mcap is equal to the grant..
Jan Losenický, Mayor of Kadaň, added: "We welcome the plan of ČEZ and Geomet to build a lithium plant in Prunéřov. People from our town who currently work in coal-fired power plants or mines, but which will be gradually downsized and closed, could find employment in the processing plant. The investor has promised to invest in the training and retraining of current employees so that they can be employed in the new sophisticated plant. We are glad that ČEZ will not leave the region with the end of coal but will remain one of the largest investors and employers in the region, also thanks to the lithium park project.
Sounds like its happening but not priced in.
Just a countdown from here to all the above - local acceptance is a huge hindrance for so many projects in Europe

Hope everyone's well and enjoying the long weekend, we have a good rest of spring and summer ahead. 40s - 50s on grant - 80s+ on Offtake
I wanna here more about the 8bn gigafactory, it's been 2 months now since the unnamed investor put in there bid
Sikela also revealed in November that Czechia is in discussion with five other potential EV plant investors “from other continents”. Fiala said, “the gigafactory project is a strategic government priority, and it is in our interest to have the entire chain from lithium mining through the gigafactory, i.e. battery production, to the final products in Czechia.
So the inking was a lie? Say it isn’t so.
DFS was a lie? No way.
Offtakes was a lie? Perish the thought.
Funding was a lie? Surely not.
The next BCN? Oh dear.
I imagine an improved process will be great for the project if it ever gets that far.
It's more a matter of confirmation than improvement imo...
Would you like to answer my question on the hydroxide process please?
Green. I'm happy to be proved wrong.
Oh, forgot to ask. What do you make of the improved hydroxide process? You know, the things that make the difference.
Kelly, give it up you hopeless non-holding shill.
Keith will likely use 80% of the interview to say biggest hard rock bla bla bla and what the eu is doing and macro politcs and economics. He might say a few words about something EMH is doing which is likely to be BS
Cheers Green, some thing to look forward too hopefully, im sure Howard and Rodney will be deluged with questions and many of the same nature, but KC wouldnt agree to an interview if it wasnt in the interests of EMH , imo
Did I say something that was incorrect?

Interview scheduled for Monday
Why do you waste so much of your time rubbishing a Company you're obviously not invested in? Take up golf instead
Yep, the mythical offtake inside knowledge from fingers! I thought we already had offfakes with most OEM’s 😂
Skelly is spot on, KC has said offtakes will be alongside DFS as one package. My only hope is we know how good KC is with facts so for once maybe he can lie and benefit us, I.e releasing offtake soon.
Silence on DFS timelines is telling! Again this could be put to bed by KC actually releasing a detailed timeline.
Not sure what makes you think offtakes are round the corner. KC said himself they wouldn't be doing offtakes until all other ducks are in line. Since there's no DFS, no licences, no funding, not sure wha5 on earth you are talking about. The EU isn't even going to consider grants for funding until the end of this year. Total BS as usual.
Oh, here's fingers talking about early Christmas presents again already! He hasn't even waited until summer this time.....
There has been zero communication about how long it will take to redo the DFS (which wasn't complete in the first place) to account for the local community rejecting the plant location. Unless you are part of some insider trading scheme we should be reporting you for?

Unsubstantiated. You have been saying this for years.
Good morning / evening gentleman , I now know why we are the convicts in Australia , it seems that your language is so much more eloquent than ours , four posts this day , I had to look up the meaning of words that I have never come across , thank you Gents .
Words of the day : pedantry , flotsam , euphemistic , euphemism .
DFS is not as far away as everyone thinks . Mmmmm and maybe offtake too . Don't shoot the Messenger .
No one will use strategic nuclear weapons and Russia has no conventional force to subdue NATO, so unlikely to even try. I don't think it was euphemism.
I’d suggest a wider war in Europe will more than “dent economic confidence”. Unless you’re living in some pacific island far away from the bloodshed and nuclear fallout then you’ll be fine but euphemistic terms like that really helps nobody here
They all play their roles -- the bulls and the bears. Without doubt, this share promised the earth, but has failed to deliver in the many years I've been invested here, mostly due to its geographical location and the fact that it is in the EU, where a day lasts a month. It's not all Keith's fault -- he's been like a piece of flotsam in the ocean, being pushed this way and that. The big problem facing Central Europe in this current timeframe is a wider war in Europe, which will severely dent economic confidence.
Has anyone noticed how certain individuals are reduced to pedantry? It's almost like they don't have an actual argument.
