Hi Roger, sadly that was the conclusion I made some time ago and took my hit accordingly. Personally I thought he looked extremely uncomfortable in the interview. Presumably not withstanding my huge backing of this company earlier I will be accused like you of being one of its knockers which seems to be levelled at anyone who now has severe doubts and questions the integrity of the ceo
If you ever did buy/ hold recently roger65, I guess you've sold( although there's barely been any significant trades recently) so I assume you can re- join the band of " knockers" .
Sad!!!

Roger65 - it's been RNS'd!
S.t.Monkey - lol. No really, please. you're killing me. Gotta love AIM.
Great interview, all sounding very positive, loads of upside from here longer term!
Hmmm, just reminded me in the opening minutes that Tony Burt conveniently said nothing about the fact the company had no working capital for 4 to 5 months in 2023 and had stopped trading altogether. He only came clean once the company had started trading again. He kept silent and said nothing to the share holders or indeed the market. CEO Can't be trusted to tell the truth. Think I'm done here. GLA to those brave enough to sit out. Hope it comes good for you one day. Best outcome would be an offer to buy EISB lock stock and barrel. Can't see it happening though.
When/where will this investor/interview be held and posted? Tks
Roger65, Full Year Results due next month should enlighten.
When tf is Burt going to tell share holders how much income has been generated from sales?
He conveniently didn't say a word about when the whole sales process had to be stopped for a few months last year so lack of trust is a really serious issue here. He's out of his depth and not being honest with share holders. Just puts out positive spin continuously whilst not delivering any value at all for those holding shares in the company.
This interview will offer more of the same and not answer any of the really crucial questions.
FocusIR will be hosting an Investor Interview with Anthony Burt, CEO of East Imperial. Please send any questions you want Anthony to address to EastImperial@focusIR.com
They seem to be adding venues on most days. So about 20 per month, not bad. And a 1 million buy late yesterday.
Placing incoming tomorrow 🤔🤔 0.5 or 0.55 or 0.6p 🤔🤔
Something is brewing!
We said Harps! People who say negative things should not be allowed to post. Only positive comments needed - makes for a better discussion.
Hi DaveTS
Well said, I fully agree with you, a long term investment with great potential.
Hi m007j, I've said plenty in the past & mentioned very recently due to ridiculous comments by certain posters with I believe an agenda , I've said I won't be choosing to post that often.
However, I said a number of days ago in relation to the directors interview( posted on X) that the U.S Commercial Director, came across as very enthusiastic, knowledgeable & the future looking promising, re the rapid expansion & uptake of venues in the U.S mentioned.
I've always seen this/ invested on a long-term basis I believe we're due a ongoing SP recovery now.
Obviously we are awaiting the funding news to take us to break- even, scheduled for later in the year
I bought two lots of £1k earlier today. Fingers crossed Burt can let someone else make the important decisions for a while.
Just a punt.
Your short position is so crystal clear!!!
The RNS today is exactly the sort of positive PR investors need to see and understand. I think we all agree if you have no shares (your short position does not count) keep your opinions to yourself.
Not a chance!!!
This company will not make enough to create enough cash to continue growth.
The figures are dropping when they were meant to be doubling year on year.
The model has had a decade to prove itself and it fails.
This will fail and any significant investor will ask the difficult questions from what’s evident here and either screw them down tight to take huge chunk of this company or walk away. So which will it be?
I’d definitely not be holding as I said the other day at 1.1p sell and wait till they complete funding as you will be able to buy much cheaper. Already saved you 50% or doubled your holding if daft enough to buy.
We need to hear from davethechef on this! He has been a long-time bull and knows the story well. Come on dave - what have you to say? Is it good value at current levels? Would Warren Buffett be buying now if he could?
Hi Roger
Agree with most of that, we are desperately in need of some positive sales news.
Hanging around waiting for this is killing the SP.
Still looking to top up soon as funds allow
GLA
That’s exactly the problem - and my point - Burt refuses to present any evidence of income being generated by sales. If not, why not? Market hates uncertainty and Burt is flailing about desperately trying to raise cash and sentiment without providing any sensible investment case. Hence he’s failing to raise either and the sp slowly continues its slide towards zero
I see it differently, looks like the US team are driven to succeed and believe in the strategy and ethos of the product. I recon if at some point strong sales growth can be evidenced in the US this will take off.
We just have to hope that enough finance comes in for East to get to 2025
