'Shareholders should be aware that Company's Shares will remain suspended until publication of its Interim Results for the Six Months ended 30 June 2023.' Ok, strictly they haven't put a time estimated time on it but given what we have seen since June what is your expectation?
I will change what I previously said. We are the idiots, not Gilbert. For him it is £24k till Christmas.
What makes you think that we wont be re-listing soon?
There are many of us in here that have been patiently waiting.
What I would like to know from the board: is it too much for you to communicate with your shareholders?
Initially, accounts were to be in July, then mid-September, but here we are in mid-October, no further forward and no update as to what is happening. It’s not acceptable.
Prior to change over from Fox to ECOB, I had everything in here because I believed in what was being presented. Thank goodness I followed my instinct and pulled out half of what I had.
All we ask is that you keep your shareholders updated. If you miss a deadline, don’t be going weeks on end with radio silence. If I was to do that at my place of work, the CEO would have had my head on the chopping block by now.
Maybe he has a lot of money invested in it. I genuinely hope not for his sake.
Long weekend away without the phone. Wondered whether there had been any movement in EB whilst I had been away, what a silly thought. So according to Foxy this Board is not of interest and irrelevant, well if that is the case why are you on here defending the company? Also I do have access to your Board Foxy, I hope City Girl gets better soon and in regards to me trashing person this investment, I don't need to, the coma y is doing a mighty fine job of it themselves. I see across several Boards now including this one, shareholders have had enough of no communication and an u tradeable share. WAKE UP FOXY, this is a dog!!!!!!
any sign of this piece of **** company coming out of suspension yet! any news on this so called contract kicking off any chance of any information coming forward from management! any chance this won’t collapse when suspension is lifted ! any chance of getting our money out at a half decent price lol not a chance
tomorrow is a new week half october is now behind us and still nothing
Well I read this board so I assume that I am an alias? Never been one of those before.
What I am is a retired finance professional with 2 degrees along with actuarial and taxation qualifications. I have also had 40 years of experience investing largely in smaller companies. After that that time I have had many successes and also suffered the pain of many company failures. I know the smell when something isn't right, and this one is emitting a stronger odour than any I have encountered in the last 10 years or more. Its a dog, it appears it was a dog from day 1. In my view the chance of ever seeing a brass farthing from my thankfully small investment here is three quarters of the cubed root of sod all. Hype this all you like, this was a con from day one. I mean really, after 4 and half months it has been suspended for 3 and a half. And yet you continue to push the £114m message repetitively like the Norwegian Blue before its sad demise. You are either a company stooge or totally deluded. Filtered.
I have read all of this Foxy in the Admission Document, I don't need you regurgitating it on here. I am bringing a sense of realism to their aspirations and saying that what they are wanting to achieve would be difficult for an experienced management team to deliver let alone a team that has a track record of continuous failure of the last 12 years. Mind you, you seem to be more active Foxy on here I am wondering whether CG has gotten you to fluff us all up before the RNS' start coming out?
These clowns will require another raise at least, no question about it. Originally they needed £10m to fulfil their ambitions, they cannot deliver what they though they could on less than a fifth of that, that was all the City was prepared to give them. There is no way a house builder can deliver this EUR114M contract and all the other potential contracts that they have been bigging the market up on including Eco North on just £2m, it is not feasible. When you have so many housebuilders and construction companies falling into administration, developers will want financial security to ensure that they don't fail half way through a contract. Eco Buildings from what I see has nothing. This is a flop again at the nds of EA and CG
RNS 2nd June 'Admission to AIM'. RNS 3rd July 'Suspension of trading' Today is i9th OCTOBER SO WAKE UP
At least we had a run of a few years with Fox. From memory ECOB gave us a single month before suspension, apparently never to return.
Same people in charge Foxy of Eco Buildings as Fox Marble, you fail to grasp this fact. They promised the World in Fox and delivered diddly squat. Similar to what has happened here. I was hearing about Eco Buildings last year when they started the roadshow, the presentation talked about first production at the end of last year, why has it taken so long to pop up these factories and production lines, clearly the model does not work.
Time will show who is right here, we appear to have 2 distinct groups with very polarised views.
Sadly, as an admittedly very small shareholder, I am 99.99% convinced that the group I belong to is right. Would be better for my finances if my group was wrong!
foxy, they had, through constant share issues, one of the most advanced marble processing factories in eastern europe along with over 300m tonnes of marble, they still managed to **** that up and produce consistent losses.
Yeah, nah
LOL, got to admire Foxy's optimism and neck for congratulating Sanjay and Chris for presiding over a suspended stock that has dropped 50% since IPO. Foxy, this stock sits in the 80% category you mention but I know you will never admit that as you work for CG. How are you aware, unlike others, that production is starting this month?
8k a month for that knob?
This share is worthless, anyone with a grip on reality who has messed about with AIM shares can smell it like the sewer it is.
What is a new here is that it was a scam from day 1. Anyone who ever puts more money into ECOB needs help,
You don't need to be in the City Bluerill to see that this IPO has been a complete train crash but yes, sources I have spoken don't see this succeeding. Bluerill, you may mock me but I know more about this business than you. Unless of course you are working for CG.
'people you've spoken to in the City.....'?!? Seriously? Are they different from the people you speak to in your head??
You're welcome Bluerill. Sources I have spoken to in the City have said that this IPO has been a compete train crash. Amazed people on here are blind to it. You will all be throwing your toys out the pram in a couple of months when nothing has changed, that massive and expensive Board has hoovered up all the cash and they come back to the market requesting more.
There's a shocker, nobby. thanks for the deep thinking
John, that has been my point, CG is creaming £8k a month from this business as a strategic Advisor, he also receives £200k in options, it is a joke. Foxy, a delay is a delay, if as a company you say you will start delivering in Q3, I would expect the Board to have been comfortable before releasing that information with some wiggle room to of played with. Currently we have no information from the company on the release of the accounts, that was two weeks ago and the production of panels, a week ago. We are shareholders sat in the dark, with a company that has spent only a quarter of its existence trading.
Jesus, CG as Strategic Advisor. I nearly made a Russell Brand joke then but I think it would have been considered in bad taste.
Thanks John, I think I read, probably from a Foxy post, that Eco would be publishing updates on the litigation process. Also it was a mentioned that CG would be running the litigation and as he is being paid by Eco as a 'Strategic Advisor', it should be published through this channel. Also does Eco not take a cut off any damages for managing the process thus that would require an RNS? I do agree with your comments about submission of operational updates when in suspension, the company did agree to do that in their RNS. Also Foxy and Gaza, it is great having a EUR114M contract but if you cannot deliver against it, it is worthless. They have clearly missed their Q3 production deadline. I wonder whether the developers that Eco have the contracts with are happy to sit and wait for this business to get it's act together or will they go elsewhere, after all these contracts must be over 18 months old by now and nothing delivered, I would be enacting the late penalty clauses and going elsewhere.
Nobby
For once we disagree, is it incumbent on ECOB to release RNS concerning the Kosovo litigation since it doesn't affect the holders of ECOB ordinaries? I'm not saying it isn't, just that I'm not banking on it.
I also disagree with other posters that the lack of the audit conclusion is an excuse to cease providing operational updates. Operation matters are quite distinct, I suppose that operational matters are price sensitive which isn't as persuasive when the shares are suspended, but in principle that should not make a difference - as a shareholder would you expect an operational update for a non tradable share, I would?
