Scrappy buying continues. Let's hope it's a prelude to an advance on production
Actually this bounce feels a bit leaky to me and since the factory and orders they’ve got in Central Europe are very real, I’m hopeful someone is hearing some positive noises (FINALLY ) coming out of Duress. No denying the radio silence the last few months (I readily admit that I thought the company would make end of Q1 to start cranking out panels on a consistent basis) has been egregious, but since I’m confident that if there were any long-term issues out of the factory or with the 2 customers, the company would never have been able to do the recent cap raise and instead would have been compelled to disclose those issues, I’m still pretty comfortable that we are delayed, not denied. Remember, this share price has fallen on very light volume, so it’s entirely reasonable to believe it can rally hard on the right kind of good news. Wild, baseless assertions from cranks like johnpwh, while understandable in some ways due to the long delays, should be ignored in the end once these guys get their production line(s) going on autopilot since this business model is simple and wildly profitable and that will be all that matters in the end.
Just the spread
10% rise why?
Don't hold your breath, you'll go all blue.
Is there honestly anyone now who doesn't accept that this is a complete con?
Yes no news on arbitration and no progress on any building.
Also the article mentions Wordsworth as a QC. I'm not sure where you have been, but we have a King now.
For God's sake TT, read the link that JoJo sent through it may say Eco buildings in the link hut it mentions Fox Marble in the article and Chris Gilbert as the CEO, both are not correct after the RTO. Go onto the Eco Buildings website, go to announcements, scroll through to May 2021, you will see the article posted then. Stop trying to make out that the arbitration case against kosovo is moving forward. It is not, just like this businesses Durres factory which still is making walls.
RNS 2nd June '23 is when ECOB was first listed so the news listing has to be this May. I've not seen any reference to Samuel Wordsworth before. Has anybody any factual info?
Def old news not sure why it’s been re posted under Ecob 19 may 2024
If you put fox marble litigation into google search the date on the links comes up 19th may 2024 make of that what you want not sure if it’s a new update or not as there very little info going around about it
The post is headed Eco Building Group so it is possibly posted after May '21?
Might as well go over old news as there’s absolutely nothing else to talk about pmsl
Sorry I must be missing something here JoJo, this post was dated the 19th of May 2021, not a week ago. There is no new news on Kosovo arbitration and no news on first revenue.
Dated a week ago let’s see if mr Wordsworth can get this over the line and give everyone a little something back in the not to distant future
unvrkw i have been sitting with my finger over the button all week and i am torn between hitting it or risking the never ending wait to see if this cowboy outfit has something to offer, i know i can make up the loss but it pains me to throw thousands down the drain, the mental tug of war of getting it wrong ! i feel i’ve wasted enough time on this **** show of a company, gl with your next rodeo
Your message enthused me to sell the lot that was left. i lost a small fortune on this share and realised all that loss today. i still have the separate shares there to take a reward if we get a settlement but apart from that i thought i'd take the £1600 and spend it on at least something else!! GLA
There’s another sell today does anyone think there will be anything positive before the suspension for late accounts ? It seems not as everyone is selling out it’s coming up to 4 weeks past there self acclaimed payment dated surely they should know by now what the hell is going on and update the market !
You know it’s bad when your broker won’t give you a qoute to sell your stock and would only give a qoute for 3000 shares
When’s the suspension due?
With PKF exit will the new auditors have the books done on time ? Will there be another suspension on the horizon ? Will they actually release any info that might show progress any time soon ? Getting a little fed up with the lack of info and the price being on its knees since the RTO
We are now halfway through Q2 and still no sign of full scale manufacturing from Durres or even a house having been built. I think Bluerill promised us walls in Q1. Cannot wait to see the latest financial figures.
Have they actually built a wall yet let alone a house? I think not. From recollection, this business model was built on fast scale up factories designed to build quick, easy and cheap houses in emerging markets. 12 months on from RTO they have 1 broken wall to show for it.
I think TT it is a case of damning them for not. They harper on about the EuR115m contracts in the Balkans but it is quite clear they are not delivering against them, so what is the point of banging on about them. As per your post in response to mine previously, that is fine because these investments incur delays. I Think Jo Jo is pointing north out that they have had a year to get their s#£t in a sock but still haven't. Will you be pumping in money at the next fundraise ro support these jokers further? Oh look, more good news from the market https://www.constructionenquirer.com/2024/05/09/modular-builder-tophat-managing-director-departs/
Jojo, in your 3rd May post you seemed to criticise ECOB for repeating the contract news. Now you are blaming management for no positive news flow. You damn them if they do and you damn if they don't. What are they supposed to do? Next month is the half year so an update would be welcome then - but it might not all be positive!
