In the meantime they should sit down with the Business secretary and perhaps housing minister after the new Pm takes office and set out their stall for how they can rapidly help the country with fastbuilds. Like extra prison capacity, extra hospital bed capacity, like key worker and sociable housing even say building migrant camps. Just examples.
