Seems daft really unless of course they cannot wait for the payout .Some recent large sells must be because of this urgent need for the money. Just my guess !
Could anyone explain why someone would buy shares at 10.98 and 11.00p when a company is going to pay 11.00p for all shares….maybe Im missing something, excuse my naivety.

So you are responsible for the rise in the s.p. Thank you!
@7.4p...not as much of a retrace as I was hoping for...(yet..it may still hit 5.9p), but the upside is Jolly tempting..too tempting lol

since 1H always weaker than 2H ...if they meet forecast earnings for 2015, this is on lowly pe (DYOR) ...and then there are the other metrics (v gross profit and rev) that suggest that either they (or other ownership/management) CAN DO BETTER lol ...classic recovery play imv ...ps there is the bonus ball: blackheath

I'm not entirely sure how they work out the bed and isa prices but.. I'm being offered 8p to sell and 8.8p to buy back. Looking forward to some good news to support this recent price rise!

Something brewing for sure. This Company has at last got its act together and is winning sizeable orders, 60,000 insulin pump monitors for instance ( see Annual Report ) Bad news now behind us . I can only see much better times ahead. GLA BtB
I've been trying to do a bed and isa on this share for the last month. The spread just isn't working out but I'm noticing the price keeps rising with and without trades. Something brewing?

interesting post...where did you see the calculation of BH dev value @7p/share?
As a holder from the Hardcastle days I was so depressed by the ever falling share price that I effectively wrote them off unti I saw the other day that they had risen from the near dead to showing a flicker of life. As for the Blackheath land I fear residential development is out, but perhaps a Caravan site contributing to the tourist industry would be acceptable.

Will look even stronger after the A.G.M. in my opinion. The Company normally also issues a trading statement which should be very positive. I can see 10p in 3 months time but could be a lot more if BH land restrictions are lifted. It has been calculated that the potential development value would then equate to around 7p per share. GLA
nice to see...so cheap on EV/revs ...dyor all

Just making a note on the 'currency exchange effect' for future reference - "Revenues from the operating business for the year increased to £20.7m from £20.0m in 2013. This is despite the movement in exchange rates which impacted the Group revenues. Had the exchange rate been the same as the corresponding exchange rates used in 2013 the revenues reported would have been £21.6m for 2014." Not sure why currency had a 5% negative impact on revenue figures, but yeah despite that those results last month were impressive. And more so will be DWHT/A's, one of the safest holdings in the PF right now :)
so about quits? Unlike DWHT/A which is exposed to US$ (and not so much the euro) & may therefore benefit in a few weeks time at interims

£240/250k/year savings from settlement, so low EV/run rate EBIT...extraordinarily low EV/rev (20-25%!!) ...growth potential ...so clear path to double figures sp imv... if all goes smoothly (but clearly execution risk high)
